Activities and Theme Nights

This list is still very much under construction and should serve as only to provide general information.  It will be updated as the trip gets closer.

Welcoming party - 5pm, Sunset Deck above the Scotch Bonnet restaurant. Registered WWW members only
Join the other WWWers for a welcoming party and get to know everyone. Appetizers, drinks, and music will be provided. Meet some of the Hedo III staff. Details of the week's activities will be presented. Donations for the school children will be collected. See below for more information. There may even be a surprise!

Dress Theme - Caribbean Carnival
Wear bright tropical prints to dinner and throughout the evening.

Dress Theme - Patriotic Night
Wear the colors of your country. Check out the links page for some ideas.

PJ Party - 11pm disco.
Join everyone in the disco for a PJ party. Wear your sexiest, silliest, funkiest, or most virginal sleepwear.

Private Catamaran Cruise - 200p-400p. Registered WWW members only
The clothing optional cruise will leave from the beach. Please gather about 15 minutes before departure. The cost will be $40 per person if we get 40 people. It will be a few dollars more if we don't. The cruise consists of an open bar comprised of rum punch, fruit punch and rum and Pepsi mixers, optional snorkeling and recorded music. Tickets are purchased at the tour desk. Credit cards are accepted. This trip will be confirmed once I arrive at the resort. Details will be provided at the Sunday Welcoming Party.

Dress Theme - Glow night
Wear chemical glow in the dark items to dinner and throughout the evening.

Guest & Staff Talent Show - 9:30p main stage.
Guests and staff will perform. If you have any talent (or even if you don't), please consider participating. It is a lot of fun.

Toga Party - 10:30p main stage.
The WWW toga color scheme for this trip is purple as voted on by the registered participants as of 3/15. Toga tying lessons are provided earlier in the day.

Wet T-shirt Contest - 1:30p main stage
Join in the fun. Support the WWW women in winning the top 3 spots.

Dress Theme - Masquerade ball 11p disco
Wear masks and costumes to the disco.

We will be adopting a local basic school (ages 4-6 years old). Participation is optional. We will be collecting school supplies suitable for that age group and then deliver them to the school for distribution. Suggested items are pencils, manual sharpeners, colored pencils, chalk, paper, age appropriate coloring and reading books, pencil bags, erasers, flash cards, etc. You can pack it all in a backpack for transport, then donate the backpack, too. The school is the Beverly Basic School with about 75 children. It is about 12 miles from the resort.

Remember - all activities, dates, and times are subject to change - and probably will. Please email me with other things to add to the list. I welcome suggestions for events, but be prepared to help plan and lead anything you suggest. It's my vacation, too. LOL!

Note that some of the activities above are limited to WWWers only who registered prior to the trip. That rule will be strictly enforced. Please do not invite any non-WWW friends to those activities. However, single WWWers may invite one non-WWW guest. Be sure to let Denny know you will have a guest so they don't get thrown out - or off. :-)
