Best. Vacation. EVER.
This was our second trip to the tropical paradise of Hedo 3. It was our first trip with WWW, and we cannot say enough good things about Denny and the group as a whole. We definitely recommend that people try going with a group, as it makes the whole vacation that much better. There's nothing like hitting the nude pool after a long day traveling and having a dozen people you've been chatting with over the last couple of months greet you.
Best. Welcoming Party. EVER.
We had a blast at the WWW welcoming party. All the pirate costumes were great, except my feeble attempt at being a buccaneer. I got to know the screwdrivers pretty well that evening and managed to miss the wonderful Jamaican sunset. To this day I've yet to see one. Tracy claims I was looking right at it, but I don't remember. Hedo 3 and Denny got together to offer 3 free nights to the lucky winner of the random drawing. Tracy & I turned out to be the lucky bastards who won, much to the chagrin of all our friends. We want to thank Denny & the resort for the awesome prize. We also want to thank Jay & Lynn who are apparently the best lucky charm around.
Best. Duck. EVER.
One of the most memorable nights of the trip had a hot tub filled with WWW'ers and a huge inflatable duck. I'd never seen a duck have that much fun before. It was blown, jumped and molested by a couple of dozen women and men for a good couple of hours. Everyone had their turn with the duck.
Best. Dinner. EVER.
We had Munasan several times during our trip (love the chicken and beef). We ventured into Pastafari once, but there isn't anything there that really fits my taste-buds. We ate at the Reggae Cafe (Scotch Bonnet) a couple of times for an early dinner, then just snacked at the buffet later. Again, my taste-buds are pretty picky. We never left dinner hungry though.
Best. Drinks. EVER.
I've always considered myself a vodka man with screwdrivers being by drink of choice. However, since all the drinks were free, I took the opportunity to try many different drinks, but I still came back home to vodka in the end. Absolute & Pineapple Juice, and vodka-crans ended up being the drinks of choice for the trip. We even managed to get Tracy drunk, a first for her (and she liked it).
Best. Water-slide. EVER.
Ok, so we skipped the water-slide on our first trip. This time, we hit it hard. We were on the slide several nights after spending time in the disco. I can't tell you how fun it is to go down the slide naked. There were several people that made the slide run lubed up with waterproof lube.
Best. Friends. EVER.
The best part of any of these trips are the friends you make along the way. I wanna give a big shout out to Jay/Lynn, Chet/Dawn, Don/Jeanne, Ken/Deb, Anthony/Alison, and Rob/Barb. We hung-out with this crew nearly everyday and night. They made this trip what it was for us.
