WWW May 2006 Trip Report
Dawn & Chet
This was the best Hedo trip EVER! Okay, so it was our first trip to Hedo but an enjoyable one at the very least. Our flight in was quick and getting through customs seemed easy. We are so glad we got to get to know each other through the drunk-webcam-chats or I wouldnt have recognized anyone! The first people we spotted were Ken and Deb although they didnt spot us! We happened to be actually flying into the airport and they were waiting by their bus and yelled Honey! Theres Glenn and Phyllis! Okay I had the wrong name but I knew what I meant! Chet didnt see them but I on the other hand saw them from hundreds of feet above the runway! We got on the bus wishing we had bought some beer until Bob and Ginny came along sharing theirs! Thanks guys! The bus ride was pretty decent and we meet some others along the way and Chet was ripped before we even got off the bus! Hey! It was supposed to be me getting the courage juice to get nekkid upon arrival! I guess I dont have much of a taste for Red Stripe and Ill take my Bud Light any day! Our ROH room wasnt ready when we arrived so we took a walk around having no clue where we were going and then we spotted Allison and Anthony in the lobby and chatted a bit then headed to our Quad room. I only then had a minor panic attack and decided to wrap myself in a sarong and go for it (as I kept saying aloudI cant do this, I cant do this!)! So we leave the room and head to the nude pool. I walked right past Barb and Bobby Jo not recognizing them with clothes on! But I dropped the sarong and didnt look back! Arent you all so proud of me? This is where it all fell apartmy shyness ended and the wild, naughty and drunk Dawn came out! Are you still proud of me? LOL
We read many messages concerning issues people had while there. We experienced very little of these. We always had plenty of towels in our room with occasional wash clothes. Pool towels were hard to come by once in awhile. The showers were hot, then cold, then hot but if you timed it just right you knew just when to step back. The food was average, some nights were better than others but who goes to eat food? I thought the staff was very friendly and had no real service issues but one night at Pastafari. We waited a long time to be waited on, had to ask for bread, got wine from another table etc... All in all it was a good trip!
RHIs (Random Hedo Injuries)
Its all a little fuzzy on how each bruise occurred, all I know is as each day passed more and more kept appearing. I can only really explain a handful of them and by no means do you really want to know! Chet is actually a little disappointed as he came home without any RHIs! I guess we werent hard enough on him! ;)
Wheres Waldo?
The question of the evening seemed to be Wheres Jay? as everyones answer was I dont know! Nobody had seen poor drunk Jay for sometime so the search party was sent out as we were getting ready for dinner. The search did indeed turn up successfulfor awhile! Thanks for joining us Jay for the few minutes you were there! Let me guess, you couldnt decide which pair of shoes to wear with which hat? Again the search for Waldoer...I mean Jay began again. Dont worry you werent the only one! I seemed to have passed out in a chair on the pier until I saw blinking lights coming my way! It was Lynn all decked out for glow night and yes I made it to dinner on time that night!
You can call us late, but not late for dinner!
Okay so maybe we were late for a dinner at least once, but we really do have a good excuse! Do ya wanna hear it? Yeah, didnt think so! For what its worth, it was well worth it! At least we showed up and stayed there (Jay!) And thanks again Steve for squeezing us in!
Save a Horse, Ride a Duckie!
Forget the cowboy, bring on the duck!!! Is drunk duck riding not the best? Thanks Don and Jeanne for bringing the duck although it also was blessed with a few RHIs itself! Poor duckie lost his head for awhile. After a couple of attempts of mounting the duck I decided water up my nose just wasnt worth it! I do have to say though that Lynn, Jeanne and Is trifecta duck riding was most eventful! Kudos to those who rode tandem but until you ride it with three your not as cool as us! LOL And I must also say that Anthony, you ROCK! The first man to mount the duck successfully!
My eyes, my eyes!!!
Of all things to be a target this week.it was my eyes! To name a few I was blessed with pool water from Lynns squirt gunTHREE times! The girl has good aim! Someones drink splashed me and of course theres always the best.Don's elbow! I think he got a little worked up singing the Gigolo song or maybe it was the attention he was receiving during but either way it was good jab!
Beer Fountain anyone?
Thanks to Chet for pointing out pictures in a book regarding this during our drunk-web-cam chat. Unfortunately I cant remember the first receiver of the fountain, I just know I was involved. After a few attempts we finally got it down! With much begging and pleading by Chet, not to mention the warmed up 80 degree beer, he finally got Alison to give it a try. Now this I do remember because I was the bottom and 80 degree red stripe is not good my friends! And once again my eyes were the target!
My what a hard pecker you have!
Leave it to Kevin to have the funniest costumes EVER! So one night he has undies with a chicken or rooster attached (Forgive me for my lack of remembering). He was pecking me with his beak and I felt something hard and sharp. Kevin had a pretty mean pecker going on!
Nekkid Slide Runs
Is there really any other way to do it? Why yes there is. You can lube yourself up firstor lube each other up which is always more fun! Thanks to Alison for the massage oil but next time we may want to try something a little less sticky! Although is made it seem faster in our drunken stupor, it was harder to wash off in the end! Which the public group showers made it well worth it, especially since we needed to help each other get extra clean! You can also try tandem. First time was easy, Jay and I got in and waved as the guy was yelling One at a time! Second time he swore bribing him with food work! Might help if we hadnt been poaching fries off the plate on the way up! It was no deal though, he just wouldnt budge. Oh well, maybe next time. Lynn and I were really hoping to go tandem and do our little twisty turn together just to see if we could without any RHIs! My favorite part was the night they shut the slide down and we decided we could still do it. Up we go climbing the slide backwards to at which one point we hear a THUD and an Oh Shit! Lynn and I decide to make a run for it anticipating a few nekkid sliders heading our way. We turn around and theres Don jumping both feet on each side of the slide trying not to get bulldozed. Lynn used him as a punching bag on our way through! We got to end and waitedand waitedhmm where are they? With Lynns brilliance we head to the disco and sure enough there is Alison sitting in the tube! Boy we wished we had a camera!
Well, before this trip report becomes the longest one EVER, it better come to end!
