OK, I guess I better get this done or too much time will go by and I'll forget stuff....I really love Hedo, there is just no where else like it. I just hate knowing it has to be a while till we get to go back! The www's are a great group,a lot of really nice people-but that is the usual isn't it?
The resort itself looked really great, the grounds were in perfect shape. I have to agree with a few other trip reports and say that the food was kind of so so, not bad but nothing outstanding.I did think that Munasan was really good this time, delicious vegies and fresh and tender meats. We REALLY missed Robert, he was away for a while and I think we have to return just to see his beautiful smile and eat some of his fabulous fries and grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches! It just wasn't the same without him. BTW, whatever happened to the jerk fish? It was even better than the chicken but I haven't seen it for a long time. I still miss Dave- the new guy is nice, great singing voice but the piano bar is not his thing....also think they should let the smokers back in, there is a good filter system and the more folks IN the bar the more fun it is! One more thing, don't you think that having the PJ party in the dining room just kills it? They rushed us out of there in 30 minutes! It is too large of a space-gotta cram those bodies together!
There were sure a lot of great activities with the www's-the stockings and presents were a wonderful way to contribute to the spirit of the holiday season and the MMB was a lot of fun along with raising $ for a good cause. (Robin, did you ever get the dress you bought?) What a lot of work went into those events. The theme nights were fun too, a lot of wild imaginations at work there!
The new friends we met are always the best, part Lady Di and Mike,you hang in there Diane,and Mike I think you sing just fine too!Brian and Deb, you two are a lot of fun-I agree, let's go racin', Diane, you are a sweetheart and a friendly face to all. Robin and Scott,maybe we'll see you two on one of our visits to see our son in DC. I see you are going back at the end of the month-I'm so ENVIOUS. Alan-what a doll, you were always fun to be around,if you bring a gal next time I think your entire hedonistic self will be set free. Georgette, you missed your calling doll, thanks for the surprise addition to my massage-loved it! Chris, you are a unique and special" lady"( I use that term loosely as I know you would) Ray and Karen,Doc and Margaretta,Kat and Russell, Andy and Patty, Steve and Debbie , you all added so much to our trip. Tar and Mar, if you should read this, drop us a note, we have been trying to get in touch but not sure if your email address is correct.
