These
trips keep getting better and better!!!
We started out
at the Philly airport, wondering what we would encounter as far as increased
security. Well, not too much more than last trip, except for being duped by
the security guard. We headed up to the security entrance and saw a short
line. We were pleasantly surprised until we heard the security guard say, The
line ends here, it begins over there, and as we rounded the corner we
indeed saw a longer line. Dj vu set in as I remembered that same line from
one of the best Christmas movies of all time, The Christmas Story, and
proceeded to say the next lines.I like the wizard of Oz. I like the
tin man. Bernie started laughing, but other people in line were not as
amused, as they looked at me sideways. Obviously, they dont have our taste
in movies.
Of course, I
(Elaine) was my usual worrisome self on the plane, all the while saying to
myself. Please dont crash. Please dont crash. Oh God, please
keep us from crashing. When we landed, I unclenched my hands and I was fine.
When we finally boarded the little van to head over to Timair, we met two
other couples that were also flying to Negril. We knew they were 1st
time Hedonites when the driver asked where they were staying, and there was a
slight pause. I remember doing the same thing when we went to Hedo for the
first time. It was Courtney and Renata, and Chuck and Debi.
I wont go
into too much detail for the rest of the trip. It was an action packed
vacation. I would have liked to sleep more, but I would have missed out on a
lot of fun.
Just a few
highlights worth mentioning:
We
got our room keys right away and it was an excellent room.
Bernie
needs a piss boy next year. anyone willing to volunteer? You will work for
tips.
Lots
of NBH.
Interrupting
Rupe and Patty (what was taking so long???? Rupe only needs a towel) before
heading over for toga night.
Lots
of dice playing (thanks Steve and Nancy), jello shots (thanks Steve and Char),
sambuca (thanks Patty for sharing and helping our sore throats), car washing
(thanks Chris Santilli for turning us on to that one!), and of course, lots of
drinking and laughing.

the hot tub that he hadnt seen before!
Thanks Jim and Nissa and Jim and Janie for being

Patty on the pool table.
Thanks

King

night hot tub. Its good to be the King!
Getting
caught by Rupe, the official panty checker, with a thong on at dinner one
night. What was I thinking? I had to hand them over and he kept them for the

in raising the flag on patriotic night!
We were so glad to meet a lot of new friends. Scott
and Val, Kris and Joe, Zilla and Duck, Courtney and Renata (congratulations on
your engagement!), Thea (hope you werent too mad when you saw us cavorting
with Tex while you were gone, but heck, he had a big smile on his face, didnt
he?), Superman Dennis, Jaime and Hazel, Rick and Laura, Keith and Ursula,
