Mark & Colleen (WWW2001 Summer)

With great anticipation we arrived at hedo for the first time. Tom and Joanne did their best to prepare us for what was to come, but we still felt the need to down two rum drinks each at the prude bar before heading for the nude side, still clothed. Walking cautiously to the pool area, Colleen had her first (and last) panic attack, stopping dead in her tracks saying, "I can't do it." After some heated discussion we peeked around the corner and luckily spotted T&J who called us over and gave us their room key and some encouragement. A short time later we were in the pool naked. Game on!

Some of our memorable moments: -The group thing on day 2. "Hon, look in the mirror." -Another group thing on day 3. -Colleen becoming the "Barber of Negril" with Mari as her first customer. -The Wednesday WWW catamaran cruise. Next year Colleen is going for the foot massage. -A private "happy hour" on the lounge chair at the beach at night. -Being barred from Pastafari's simply because Bernie and Jodie forgot to get dressed. -Greg and Cyndi's renewal of vows. We were honored to be a part of it. -Greg and Cyndi's reception. We're still recovering. We may need therapy. -Cyndi's unique rendition of "Wazzup?" -The purple dress. -Being debriefed. -Praying for rain. -Tom and Joanne's 24 pack of AA batteries.

We met so many great people in the WWW group- it was great being a part of it. Here's a few special thanks: -Tom and Joanne, for all the info and helping us break the ice. It's definitely broken. Joanne is definitely the sexiest mother to be around. -Skip and Kathy, thanks for the purple dress. -Mike and Beth for making us feel welcome. We're looking forward to dinner. Thank goodness NJ is small. -Denny and Diane, all your hard work before and during helped make it a great trip. -Mike and Mari, our fellow hedo virgins. You guys are great. Can't wait till next year. -Bernie and Jodie, we'd love to be at your wedding. How about July 2002 in Jamaica? -Greg and Cyndi, probably the nicest people we've met anywhere. Next year is too far away. By the way, spellcheck wanted to replace "Cyndi" with "Cyanide." It was the most fun vacation we've ever had. Our only regret is not getting to know more of the WWW group. Good thing you'll all be there next year. Colleen & Mark ccm1030@aol.com
