Trip Report Dec 2000 WWW

This trip started
out with a hangover. We went to Bernies company Christmas Party the night
before we left. Silly me.I packed some before we left for the party,
thinking we wouldnt be out that long and we would have plenty of time to
pack when we returned. After all, it was only a company party. Needless to
say, we were out most of the night and were left scrambling in the morning
(Bernie, how did you remember to set the alarm?). Snow on the ground, bad
headache, and a one-hour drive to the airportthis trip was not starting out
too good. Well, at least we remembered the important thingsour tickets, ID,
and birth certificates. We decided that if we forgot anything, we could buy or
borrow it.
When we arrived,
there was a slight mix-up at the front desk. They had us booked for oceanfront
prude, instead of nude. I knew I had talked to Buddy at GoClassy and requested
the nude side, but he made a mistake. Oh well, a quick phone call to GoClassy
and everything was cleared up. We got our oceanfront nude room, and it was a
great room2277. Right by the nude pool and hot tub, and right next to
TWayne and Julie! And even though the mix-up wasnt Hedos fault, we
received a nice Christmas present in the mail from thema free night because
of the problem. Wasnt that nice of them?
The rest of the
trip was incredible! Our friend, HedoBob, was the first person we saw from our
trip last year. We were waiting for our room and having our first drink. Well,
he was so excited to see us; he spilled my drink while hugging me! It was well
worth it for a hug from Bob! And he did buy me another one, so not to worry!
We finally got down to the beach, and everything was right with the world once
again. How can you beat itsun, sand, drinks, food, and the best people in
the world!
We found our
friends from last year, Patty and Rupe (Ms. Volleyball Slut and Mr. Nude
Beach), HedoBob, and Denny and Diane, and had a lot of fun with them all week.
However, the Bob sightings were few and far between, although he did go on the
Partymon tour and the trip to Mayfield Falls with us. We met a lot of new
friends who were great fun too. Twayne and Julie (I wonder if you wear those
chaps at home.), Jim and Lisa (mmmmmm.caramel), Jerry and Edie (loved that
leather and chain bra), Steve and Nancy (the best homemade costumes for PJ
night), Joe and Maybeth (god, you had a good time with that massage!), Dave
and Marybeth (it was an honor witnessing your renewal), and, of course, we cant
forget Maaagie! Hopefully, we will be able to get together with some of our
friends this year, other than Hedo.
There were so many
great things that happened, I couldnt possibly write them all down. So, I
will try to summarize them here. Dirty dice, participating in the wet-T-shirt
contest, swimming to the caves, Bernie jumping from the cliffs, watching the
sunsets from the cat cruise, Ricks, and the point, Maaagie, having dinner
at Pastafaris, nude volleyball in the prude pool, watching the energizer
bunnies, everyone leaving the hot tub (in a hurry!!), watching and playing
volleyball, Mayfield falls, Partymon bus tour, getting Hedo bucks for eating
jerk chicken, stealing whole desserts from the main dining room, and many
other moments I know I forgot.
In closing, we
would like to thank everyone for the great times and especially Denny and
Diane. This is a great group of people and you provide a wonderful opportunity
to help the local Jamaican children. Hopefully, next year Bernie and I will be
able to go and see their faces light up as they receive their gifts.
Yes, we will be
back next year. Hope to see you all there! I just hope they have those
wonderful kumtwat tarts again!
