My wife and I are booked for a week at Hedo II. We are both older and not Ken and Barbie. While in the lifestyle, we have always been in a Hotwife relationship. I very much enjoy watching my wife with other men. With regards to our ages (68), will there be a problem with men there wanting to play with my wife? First time going there. Bucket List thing for us.

Hmmmm........... attractive woman wants to find a man willing to play with her at Hedo. Shouldn't be any problem at all.

I've been to Hedo many, many times in April. It's always a fun crowd. I predict that any fun-loving person, man or woman, young or old, will fit in just fine. I don't think you guys will have any problems.

I certainly hope you are right! lol This is our first time, sort of our bucket list. Want to share my wife with other men and watch them playing. Another question.... Is there anything that you have to pay for there? Never been to an all inclusive resort before. Are all drinks and food included in our price? I am assuming all additional excursions have costs incurred as well as the resort's stores. Do you tip the maids and bartenders? Who if anyone do you tip? And...do you need reservations for the restaurants?

Randy and DD...yes food and drinks are included. Anything off campus comes with a price. You do not have to tip anyone. That said...tipping happens. I don't want to get into that debate...because we all have our opinions. I hope you both have the best, most unique, titilatting time possible. Enjoy!!

Randy and DeeDee, You won't have any trouble making your fantasy wish list come true.

The only place at the resort that requires you to take out your wallet is the gift shop (sun tan lotion, souvenirs, condoms, aspirin), outside excusions, the ganja store and if you buy and "stuff" from a beach vendor. You'll likely want to tip the bus or taxi driver and the Club Mobay person, if you signed up for that. All of the Hedo employees are prohibited from taking tips.

You do not need to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. If they don't have a table immediately, it will just be a short wait.

Enjoy your virgin trip, the first of what will surely be many!

FWIW - Although you don't tip the Hedo employees directly, they do have a tip box in the lobby in case you feel a need to leave a tip.

You never have to carry a wallet while on property--everything such as boutique purchases or spa services are charged to your room on the credit card they record when you arrive.

Non-mgmt employees also receive bonuses based on occupancy of the hotel--the more guests who come (and return), the higher the bonus. For the room attendants, that bonus can almost double their salary if occupancy is high.

Thank you for the great information! Certainly hoping the "virgin" reference will no longer be appropriate after our week there! lol Looking forward to the trip and the vacation there!

Ahhh, how I love the virgin sacrifice ritual. We can't give it away, but it usually involves soft kisses and nibbles. :-)

Yes, and that's just for the jerk chicken.

Cannot wait to try the jerk chicken and all the other delicious offerings at Hedo II. We've read some of Chris Santilli's comments on the resort which are very helpful. We were not aware they sold weed on site! lol. We booked an Ocean View room on the Prude side, and hope that won't limit the opportunities for my wife to play Hotwire while there. Are the theme night parties an expectation for attendance, or would the pools and hot tubs be better opportunities? Also, what are your thoughts on spray tans since wife really can't do it naturally by sun or tanning beds. Can't wait!!!

Your room location won't matter. The party is in at the nude pool complex during the day and the nude hot tub at night. There are two play huts by the nude hot tub that see use during the day and evening and there is a play room by the spa that opens late at night. Don't sweat the theme nights.....Dress up if you want to, or not, it is totally up to you and doesn't matter to anyone. Your chances of finding suitable playmates depends mostly on your level of charisma, self-confidence and general likeability, which is the sexiest thing about a person. It's tough to explain, but go with no expectations and once you go, you know!

Agree with Loni and Jim. Pretty much says it all. By reading Santilli's comments, did you mean her book. Well worth the read for newbies. You don't need to be tanned to enjoy the resort and it's guests. There are lots of shady areas if you need to stay out of the sun on the beach, and it's not your tan that people look at. I have seen some nice spray on tans, but have also seen some not good ones (although, none at H2, good or bad). Just go and have a great time. As Loni and Jim said "Your chances of finding suitable playmates depends mostly on your level of charisma, self-confidence and general likeability, which is the sexiest thing about a person."

I agree with the last comments. Just go there with no specific expectation. Go to the nude side. Talk to people in the pool, around the bar, on the beach. Friendly atmosphere, you will see. And what has to follow will happen. Have fun and don't get hurt.

You will find people to socialise with of all ages. Depending on when you visit you could find yourself in a crowd of young people for days and then see a large group of equally fun people arrive in their 60's to 80+. Friendliness abounds in any case. There was a worry a few years back the younger crowd would eventually out number the older crowd but that never happened. Hedo is very hard to give up EVER and if last December is any indication, there is an enormous number of virgin Hedonists who have much to their endless delight, discovered Hedo later in life. Focus on extending yourself in friendship with no expectations and you will have the time of your lives !!!

Jim and Lori,
We did sign up for Club Mobay, and we did sign up for Jimmysboytours to get us to and from the airport (may have been an unnecessary cost but had read some negative stories about taxi and buses). We are feeling our way through this all! LOL. I suppose the tipping aspect will be the most difficult to navigate as we are used to tipping in the U.S. And Europe is even more confusing as to when and where.
With regards to weed or ganja, is it correct to say that indulging in that activity is legal there? All your information is greatly appreciated, and my wife and I are feeling more and more confident every day! Wife was wondering the proper protocol with regards to touching and rubbing...do the guys ask before touching or is it sort of what feels comfortable for them? She wants to be played with but kind of expects the fellas to ask first! smile

Never heard of Jimmyboytours. The problem taxi's, are those that you flag down on the road. Pre books usually are not a problem. If you do use a "Route" cab for side trips, say to Rick's Cafe, negotiate the price BEFORE you get in.
The touchy feely protocol is ask first, don't assume. AND no absolutely means NO. But be polite, something like "Thanks for the attention, but no thanks". If that doesn't get the message across, simply raise your voice and flat out say NO.
However I must add that I've been in the pool when it has been so crowded that you can't pass by someone without brushing against them, so consider your surroundings
.

Oh We completely understand the crowded brush-by! No problems there! She just prefers the "knock first, then enter" approach! JimmysBoyTours was offered to us when we booked so keeping our fingers crossed there.

LOL, I like that term "Brush-By".
Women at this resort are typically treat like Royalty. Step out of line (like NOT asking for permission and persisting) can have a serious backlash.
I've been there when someone was pointed out as (to be polite) agressive. It's not nice.
If the women raises her voice negatively, you can bet that 6 or more burlly men will attend to her distress, now.
Walking back to your room late at night is also very safe.

The nice thing about this resort is that people are there to have an escape from the real world, and to have fun, but everyone looks out for everyone else.
There most likely will be a "Knock at the door" but it's up to the female to allow entrance or not.

Randy and DeeDee, we2are469 explained the touching thing perfectly!

I believe weed is technically illegal in Jamaica, but as a guest, you will have no problem at all smoking it in the permitted smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed in the restaurants, pools (including nude pool), inside the guest rooms, lobby, gift shop, disco, spa and the area outside the disco with the silly grass carpet. It is allowed on the beach (respectfully not right near someone else that is not smoking), an area right next to the nude pool/hot tub area and along the paths.

L & J...nicely put. When I smoke...I walk from the beach to the secret spot just past Chris the woodcarver. I love your take on the "silly" green carpet...I concur!

There are also smoking areas on the main pool deck, and behind the piano bar.

The silly green carpet is actually in the area near the piano bar, not the disco (my mistake-trying to work and daydream about home at the same time). Why, oh why they put that there is beyond me.

Wasn't that there for the miniature golf that used to be there?

It's been so long, I'm not really sure there ever was a miniature golf course there.

Respect.

There is NOW a "balcony" (for many years actually) of sorts that wraps around the outside of the piano bar, outside the windows, in the fresch air, where patrons my inhale their favourite carcinogen or ganga while enjoy the entertainment inside the piano bar. In over ten years visiting this resort, I never saw a mini golf course. I think it went the way of the climbing turd.

I still can't get over the idea that there was meant to be an ICE skating rink.
In the Tropics, where they have trouble keeping the room AC going. . .

All in all, I'd rather be a hippy.

It was basically a sheet of plastic with special 'skates' used on it.

Well the official daily schedule will be something like this.

https://dennyp.com/HedonismII/schedule_01_2022.pdf

It changes so you need to check back regularly.

No two people get the same thrill out of events at this resort so it's totally up to you what events you partake in.
You can do all of those things or none of them.

I might suggest reading some of the more recent trip reports also here on Denny's web page:

https://dennyp.com/HIITripReports/2022.htm

I might also ever-so-gently suggest that no day there could be characterized as "typical".

Hedo is like the blind men and the elephant - it's different for everyone. But I agree with we2: Check out the trip reports.

Working on that! Newbies there, lots to do. Mostly, just want to watch my wife playing with other men.
