We are attending Hedo first time in Oct, 2022...We noted past threads about sex in public.
Once at appropriate resort sites we are open to sex with each other about anywhere, anytime...any thing goes.
We've been to Cancun...Desire...and not very few participating in actual play of any kind anywhere in public.

We also saw on Denny FAQ that sex in hot tub was ok ...as long as the guards aren’t stopping it.

Assuming we use some discretion (no sex at dinner table, etc)...Does security restrict where you can have sex on grounds at Hedo?

Asking for friends of course!!!

Ah, the discretion question! It varies with time/place/crowd/rules the guards want to enforce. Give it a go and see what happens...

Has anyone heard of people being removed from Hedo for having too much or "inappropriate" public sex with approving partners? I haven't. What's the worst that could happen? You'd be ask to stop and take it elsewhere.

That said, public sex at Hedo used to be generally more fun for the long-time guests when it wasn't in anyone's face or too frequent. I'm of the impression public sex is becoming a prime directive these last many years, but I haven't been since Nov. 2019 so take my words with a grain of salt.

Expecting consistent enforcement of rules at Hedo is like expecting two feet of snow: it ain't gonna happen. You pretty much get potluck from one week to the next.

But, like Chris, it's been a few years since I've been back, so who knows.

Rules...rules...we don't need no stinking rules. Chris and Jake are correct, enforcement of "rules" is very inconsistent. One January, I watched from the waterline as a bartender poured a bucket of ice on an unsuspecting couple...whilst heavily "involved". Fun times indeed!

On my last trip some months ago, there was plenty of activity by the wading pool and elsewhere. There was a couple who sat next to me daily near the hot tub and they went at it rather frequently (given one of the positions they were in, she was quite literally "in my face"; made it something of a challenge to concentrate on reading my book). However, I was there late December/early January, so someone who visited more recently may have a different experience.

Outdoor public sex at Hedo is like snow you never know how much you will get or how long it will last...
I have been vastly entertained ( my husband just looks the other direction) by Cirque de Soleil worthy couples presentations at the hut by the Gym over my husband's shoulder after breakfast, sunset on the point on the nude beach, in the garden etc. However the couple that carried on, literally ON the nude pool bar for several hours got a bit tiresome.

Kind of makes you wonder if that cocktail named Sex On the Beach was invented at Hedo.

We are glad to know our favorite....cocktail...is available at the bar we heading to!!!

We were there in April 2022. One couple on the beach going at it almost daily. If I tried what they were doing, I'd be in traction for a week. Another couple on one of the upper balconies going at it twice with her hanging onto the railing (feet on the deck floor, wide apart). Was obverses that they wanted to be watched.
No one, not staff, not security, not guest, batted an eye. Do remember though that the beach is technically, a public beach.

I'll just simply deny I used the word discretion "in print" even though the preponderance of evidence weighs the other direction. Neener, neener. Miss you too, Charlie!

LOL! ...But she was only referencing 'the discretion question'... so does that really count for the diary?

We'd echo the prior comments. In our various trips, it's been... shall we say... come and go. The last few years have seen things loosen up a fair bit, so I'd be surprised if there was much enforcement these days for any behavior by folks with reasonable social awareness and a bit of occasional... discretion.

Is that an area of...anything goes...or discretion dictates oral activities only?

What tips can the group give us on what activities are allowed...or not advised...in the infamous grotto behind the waterfall?

Oh, this will get some interesting responses. But for the record: nothing is officially "allowed"- you won't find any documents that will say: "BJ's in the pool are ok but double penetration is off limits". Actually, aside from the minimal intervention of security (it's totally dependent on which guards are on duty) the "allowed" activities are self-policed. But I'm sure more entertaining comments will follow.

I guess the answer depends on whether or not you're a contortionist.

Ha ha...obviously a question from a...never been before... couple...we get pretty creative...but apparently the Grotto is of limited space foe anything more than oral play?

You can do anything that a willing partner lets you do in the grotto. I recommend bringing a chair cushion for comfort.

You should encourage them to clean the chair pad when they're done with it..........

Oh, there is plenty of room in the Grotto for just about anything you have a hankering to do. The veil of water provides a modicum of privacy, but still gives outsiders juuuuuust enough of a view to titillate, while allowing the performers to feel somewhat shielded. It's a brilliant compromise.

I was there in September and I saw plenty of sex in public, pool, hot tub, raft, beach, even in the pool near the dinner room (at night). Just do it and you'll see. Inthe worst case scenario you want be kicked out.
