3 questions about Hedo for anyone that has visited there very recently:

I'm still awaiting written answers from Hedo for these 3 questions and if anyone that has been there very recently that has answers I'd be grateful and happy to hear them.

1) Is the concierge desk open and handling issues that arise and is the excursion desk open also?

2) Are the complimentary snorkel and scuba boats operating twice daily with included good snorkel and scuba gear?

3) Is the playroom open without any new restrictions?

Thanks in advance for any feedback,

Ann

1) Concierge desk is open; primarily handles premium rooms but between the desk and the front desk you can get your issues resolved; excursion desk is closed - as most destinations are closed - Covid.
2) I'm not a user, but from what I see and what I'm told; all water sports are as usual. I know there's two daily scuba runs (if people are there) and at least one snorkel run. I don't see why the gear would have changed.
3) Playroom open with usual restrictions (e.g. single men)

Depending on when you are booked, be prepared for low occupancy. Less than 100 people (often) main dining room is closed for lunch and dinner (only gala night and Jamaica nite). Expanded lunch provided at Prude grill.

We can confirm Charlie's comments (our visit 3/25 > 4/4) We heard only 38 people but that for week 4/4 they were expecting 30% occupancy with 60% this week.

Even without all the regular people we still had a great time. But of course with Charley there, we always have a great time.

Have moved from "The Library" to the less crowded C-O beach.
