Rules as of March, 2011

N Resort Behavioral Guidelines (provided verbatum)

1. *TOWELS*:  For your protection and that of others, please sit on towels
   in public areas.
2. *ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES*:  No illegal substance may be brought onto the
   premises of N Resort.  Management will report to and cooperate with all.
3.  *BODY CONTACT:*  All body contact is limited to simple expressions of
   affection and friendship.  Provocative conduct or sexual misconduct WILL NOT
   BE TOLERATED.
4.  *PHOTOGRAPHY**:*  In order to preserve everyone’s privacy, photos may be
   taken ONLY by resort approved photographers.
5. *NOISE*:  Radios, TVs, CDs, tape players and the like may be used only
   with ear phones in common areas. No loud or profane language will be
   allowed. An 11:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. quiet period shall be observed on week
   nights and 1:00a.m. – 7:00a.m. on week-ends and holidays.  Respect your
   fellow members and guests.
6.  *GUESTS: * Members who bring guests are responsible for their conduct
   and any fees or charges left unpaid.  ALL GUESTS must be registered before
   entering the Resort.
7.  *BUSINESS*:  Do not conduct business, sell or offer to sell any
   merchandise or services on the Resort grounds without permission from the
   management.
8.  *DISEASES:   *Persons with open sores or communicable diseases are not
   permitted to use the facilities.
9. *SAFETY*: Anything that endangers your own or others’ safety is
   prohibited.
10. *POOL:  *Glass containers of any kind are not allowed in the pool and
    hot tub area.
