My wife and I travelled to DRM 8/1-8/9 of this year. We both understood the risk of traveling during this time of year and decided to go anyway. We had a blast! We caught up with many friends from previous visits (this was our 5th) and met some new friends too. The crowd was a bit smaller but, far from dead. The two areas where I felt the experience was lacking a bit was the disco, where it was a bit emptier than usual and room service, which could take as long as an hour and a half. In regards to social distancing, there wasn't any :). I think we may have seen 1 guest with a mask. The staff were all masked and we had to fill out a questionnaire and get our temperature taken before entering the resort. I was really hesitant to write this review because in the end, we both ended up catching COVID. We felt that sharing that would deter folks that wanted to get away and have a good time. If we could do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing!
