Jim & Rayne - May, 2013

We arrived Saturday May 11th for a week's stay.  Flew a quick flight on Frontier down to Cancun. Breezed through Customs and set up a ride with Trans Beach. They had just picked up our friends in Terminal One off of Air Canada. Another Couple who were joining us were only a half hour behind us with US Airlines.  We made it there in time for a drink at the Hot Tub and Sunset.  Awesome resort as usual. We took advantage of the Spa for workouts and massages.  The Butlers were excellent, setting up a Birthday Cake and Champagne later in the week. Daniel took care of us at the pool and Africa on the beach. Our friends did some Scuba on a couple of days. We also did the Yacht with four couples. They seem to be rotating the De LaPena  yachts, as we were on one that was new to us.  The ceviche we excellent as one on the snacks on the boat. Everyone coming back to Desire was loud and happy. We will do that again. One other nice thing we (3 couples) did was to go to Desire Pearl as guests for a day trip. No problem with just a quick Taxi ride. The Pearl Pool, Hot Tub and Beach was what you expect for the price, Nice!  Staff were always checking to see if we needed anything.  A wide selection of liquor.  I would also say a good mix of people. The lunch there was an absolute experience, planning on spending a few nights in the future there.  Overall, the week seem to fly by with fun, and now I wished I booked more nights.  All three Desire Resort this last year are looking A+ with management and service. I would recommend them for people who want service, fun or just relaxation. Because you find all three there.
