WE WERE THERE AUGUST 20-24 2004. WE HAD TO CALL FOR AIR COND NOT WORKING
EVERY DAY SOME TIMES 3 TIMES BEFORE SOME ONE COME THERE TO FIX IT.
WE HAD TO CALL FEW TIMES FOR TV REPAIR.ALSO ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN HAD
ANTS PROBLEM. COMPLAIN ABOUT THREE TIMES IN 4DAYS .
WE REQUSTED SPECIAL FOOD AND WAS PROMISED BY RESTUARANT MANAGER AND WE
ARRIVED THERE FOR LUNCH GUESS WHAT THEY SAID THEY FORGOT AGAIN THAT HAPPENED
TWICE.
WE LEFT 7 MASSAGES FOR MANAGERS AND GENERAL MANAGERS GUESS WHAT NO REPLY.
FINALLY ON DAY OF DEPARTURE AFTER BIG FUSS WITH FRONT DESK FIANLLY THEY
FOUND GM TO TALK TO US AND WAS PROMISSED BY GM THAT HE WILL INVESTIGATE AND
EMAIL US. JUST WAIT FOR EMAIL. SO WE GAVE HIM AND ALSO FRONT DESK EMAIL
ADDRESS.
STILL WAITING FOR REPLY.
THAT IS A VERY NICE BEAUTIFUL RESORT BUT REALLY POOR MANAGEMENT
THEY SAID IT IS ALL INCLUSIVE BUT PRPARE TO PAY TIPS. IF YOU WANT GOOD
SERVICE.
