We Arrived in Cancun with no problem.........Due to opur booking the flight late we had to make connecting flights before getting to cancun and the saem on the way back... Just so anyone knows 12 Hrs in and airport or on a plane is a lot of time so book early. We used Lomus travel to get us to the resort.... beside them being a little confused getting people to other resorts and us everything went of.... we were the first to be dropped off. check in went well and we were put in our ocean view room. ( nothing like the picture) after two days there I questioned the location and the room and was changed with no problem, A room just like the picture and a perfect view. From the room to the water maybe fifty feet. NICE ...... I can only compare to Hedo 2 as far as food goes... And I think Hedo has them beat. especially at lunch..... you dont even get to use the big dinning area for lunch.. Tables near the pool and In another area where there are some chaffing dishes set up and a small grill. The staff was very nice and would do anything for you within thier power. Several guys ran drinks down the beach all day..........The view and the area was exceptionally well kept and they were alway cleaning.........maid service seems to forget things but once you made the call in a short time you had what ever you requested.For Auigust I thought I was nuts because of the heat booking the trip........well it was hot but it was nicely off set buy this great ocean breeze that made relaxing easy... and a nap even better...naked on the beach. WOW what a life. I dont do well with steps so I got to the Jacuzzi once ( its three storys Up all steps) and the Disco was on second story........Needless to say its not a place to get drunk and try to walk down steps............... I really feel what others have said about the people make the place is true......Upon arrival there were alot of body beautiful people there who wouldnt give us the time of day. ( Im a fat Boy)... Latter during the week the crowd changed and things were nicer. I would like to see them have some night time entertainment like hedo does...........But if you just want laid back and relaxiation this is the place. If you want to go to cancun by taxi its $25.00 down $25.00 back.......we got some great shopping deals in cancun Market 28.....Should we want to do it again we might try a rental car......but you better have good directions getting lost would be easy.
