Hedonism II Cancellation Waiver

Purchase Cancel For Any Reason Waiver within 7 days of your initial deposit or at the time of your booking if the total payment is due at that time and you will be allowed to cancel or change your hotel arrangements up to the day of arrival at the resort for any reason. With this Cancellation Waiver, the total value of your hotel stay will be held for another trip taken within a period of one year from the date of your original planned stay. No money will be refunded. This Cancellation Waiver does NOT cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees and extras. The Cancellation Waiver only covers the cost of your hotel stay.
Please Note: The Cancel For Any Reason Waiver must be purchased before final payment is made on your room AND within 7 days of booking. It cannot be purchased within 45 days of your trip. This Cancellation Waiver Benefit is provided by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit. The cancellation waiver pertains to just the trip being booked.
Cost: $35 per person. All persons in a room must purchase. No refunds on the waiver fee.
Additional Resort Information Regarding 2022 Rebookings: 3/29/21
From the resort ... "For guests who purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Waiver and are unable or unwilling to travel in 2021, we will transfer the hotel only credit to roughly the same travel dates in the same room category (subject to availability) in 2022 provided guests purchase the Cancel For Any Reason waiver again. Should the rate be higher during the selected 2022 dates, guests will be required to pay the nightly difference. Should the rate be lower, the nightly difference may be used as an on-property resort credit."
Clarifications provided by the resort.
- This pertains to those that canceled in 2020 and can't travel by the extended date of 12/20/2021 that the resort originally offered. You can rebook in 2022, but only for the same timeframe as your canceled trip was booked for.
- If your prior room category is not available, you can book an available category and pay any cost difference, or get a resort credit if applicable.
- Those canceling a 2021 trip can reschedule to travel anytime within 12-months of their original trip date.
- Resort award vouchers/letters are extended one-year from their original expiration date.
