The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
After 30 plus trips to Hedo some lasting a day and more than a few 17 to 21 night trips, I may be getting spoiled and a little more critical than in the past ....
My dear friend Liz and I were shocked that WWV was so stingy with their RockFest (Aug 8 to 21, 2026) t shirts. We didn't think we should even ask for a t shirt because we booked through Hedo via Denny not WWV.
Anyhoo thanks to Liz screaming out my name ( I am partially deaf ) to the Classic Rock Band from Vegas ( a description not the 3 different names they use)... I won an electric guitar signed by all the band members. Sooo we figured if our names were in the WWV draw for the guitar we should ask for a t shirt the next morning. This was the morning of Week 2 of the Hedo/ WWV Summer RockFest. There were around fifteen t shirts on the table. We were told by a WWV organizer that only women were allowed a t shirt because there was alot of people arriving that night. ( They must have been extremely shy Hedo Virgins because only 4 couples attended, including my friends, B & S who won and will return for Dec WWW) This was the same guy denying us male t shirts that Wed Fetish Night in the Kama Sutra Palace venue showed us the home made looking electric shock box....not exactly CJ & I's idea of a desirable sex toy between women.
Found the men's RockFest t shirts for sale in the gift shop the next day.
The WWV event schedule was at the bottom of our swag bag, interestingly enough only 3 most excellent Classic Rock Shows were on the schedule, the first one Aug 10 Monday, then the following Friday and the last one yesterday night. Liz was confused the whole reason she booked and convinced me to come with her was to dine & dance to the 4 Rock Shows advertised for months on the Hedonism Facebook page. Liz asked CEO Diane Lange ( Harry's sister in law ) and she said the 4 th Rock Show was scheduled for Friday August 21st , thankfully.
Due to extremely low occupancy, the buffet is closed and lunch is served at the Flame beach restaurant today. The food has been the BEST I have ever had in the last 20 years, this trip.
Thanks to CJ's magic potion and our midnight visitors from Guatemala, John has been showing me an extremely good time throughout the past week.
For those not as fortunate to be massaged with CJ's magic potion, I recommend 4 massages from Kafarah at the SPA. HEAVEN.
