Paul & Carol - September, 2008
After two previous trips to H2 and three to H3, I think I have a
handle on what to expect when visiting the resorts. Over the
past six years we have gathered a group of 90 people who
like to travel to Hedo 3, usually in September. We
developed a website that offers a chance to meet
others who may be going at the same time.
This year about 25 of us headed for H2 the week of September
sixth based upon our recommendation from previous trips.
Never again; as all 25 said they have never run across the
lack of caring and concern by Hedo staff about the guests.
EC's were few and far between, the nude grill ran out of
meat pies every day, the bar ran out of liquor and some
mixes, no towels, EC's had no idea of points accumulated on
Saturday when a majority of people were leaving, and it took
two and one-half days to get music at the nude pool. We
asked ECs, bartenders, security and anyone who would listen.
Finally one group member went to the main office and pointed
to the mission statement on the wall to remind them of their
commitment to their guests enjoyment. Finally someone
brought some CDs and a stereo which was nice as the CDs we
brought along were stolen within the first hour.
The trip was far from a total loss as we were all friends
and made our own party. It was just very disappointing that
few cared we were there as paying guests.
