Shannon & Chelly - May, 2006

We were there from May 3-8.  Forgive me if I dont get the days right, some days were a fog.  LOL!  But isnt that the reason we go???

First Day.........check in was a breeze. The staff were great, and showed us to our room.....Sherman took care of our every whim.
The food was excellent, altho we were traveling with a VERY picky eater, she didnt like anything.....the rest of us (5) had no problem mon finding good food to eat each and everytime....We took the sunset "booze cruise" to rick's.....and had the time of our lives!!! We stayed on the boat and snorkeled (sp?) while the rest of the passengers unloaded and went to Rick's.  The staff on the boat were ALOT of fun! Drinks were plentiful and always ready when we wanted them.
Second Day......we booked a trip with the outrigger fishing boat, as none of us have ever been deep sea fishing.  We had a great time, the captain, slice and ritchie treated us like old friends. We didnt catch many fish, a 30" barracuda was the grand prize.  (not a good time to go fishing)  We intend on going back when the Marlin run.
We stayed on the prude side, room 1158, no hot water problems, ac worked great.   For all the first timers, we are proof that you do NOT have to stay on the nude side for a wonderful vacation.  We partied everynight @ the disco, the hot tub by the main dining room, and the beach.  We had plenty of entertainment.
The EC's do a wonderful job making everyone feel like family....more than once they were eating with us in the dining room, and hangin out with us on the beach.
The "boys" hooked up with Bucky and went fishing, they had a good time, caught 2 tuna which they left with Bucky for dinner with his family.
The resort was pretty busy during the 5 days we were there, the dining room was full every night.
The "girls" went snorkeling on the am excursion and had a wonderful time, being that we had never snorkeled before like that, I almost drowned........LOL!!!!!  I learned you CANNOT use your feet with flippers on, to keep yourself afloat against the boat while you try to clear your mask......LOL!!!!!!  Once I got that taken care of, there were no worries mon!!!!  Had a great time!!!! Wish it could have been for a longer period of time tho.
I (Chelly) have been to Negril one time before in 2002, and stayed further down the beach @ Fun Holiday and The Castle.....which are both wonderful places, but NOTHING can compare to HEDO!!!!  The second day we were home, I was already checking for packages for our next trip.
To sum it all up,  HEDO II  is the place dreams are made of......and fantasies.....tee hee!  You dont have to go to the nude side to have a good time @ HEDO....there is plenty to do and watch from the prude side to have the time of your lives....late @ night on the beach, "pounding on the shore" (as my bf so lovingly calls it) (LMAO)  is worth every penny spent to get there.......if you are "lifestyle" curious, its a good place to start....as there are MANY opportunities, even on the prude side......there were several couples just like us there, not feeling the "nude" side was for them, that had a great time and will return as well.   We met great people from all over the world.
Our last  night @ HEDO was spent.........drinking.  They brought out the Southern Comfort, and we were right at home!!!! Had plenty of "good times" @ the disco and then the beach.   I left the next morning, still drunk from the night before....and wishing I had "just one more day" in Negril!!!!
The place is AWESOME!!!! and I miss it dearly, if it werent for my kids, I would never return to this "rat race" we call life back home. I'm sure there is "something" a girl could do to pay for her room to live in Paradise.
Respect,
Chelly and Shannon
