Diane & Rich--Hedo Virgins No More  Pictures

2-3-06 to 2-10-06

HedoII

We have both been to Jamaica before, but never to Hedo. We did a lot of research on DennyPs message board and purchased Chris Santillis book. We were a little leery about getting nekkid, about running hot water, and rocky beaches. This is about what we experienced

DEPARTURE

We left the house in NH at 5:00am for a 6:20am flight. Arrived at the airport, flight was on time. Had a stop over in No. Carolina, which was okay, it gave us a chance to get a nicotine fix. Left No. Carolina on time--around 9:00am. We are now getting excited, we will be on the beach by 2:00pm. So, the Bloody Marys started flowing. Landed in Mo Bay a little late--12:45pm. We were like the first ones off the plane which we figured to be a good thing to get through customs quickly. After what seemed like a mile and a half trek through the airport corridors, finally arrived at baggage claim. Here was the first problem. My husbands luggage did not arrive. After filling out several forms and seeing different people to get customs stamps we rushed over to Super Clubs Lounge. We couldnt even tell you what it looks like as we were there for only 2 seconds. They threw what luggage we had on a cart and it was off to the bus. Problem No. 2. We get on the bus and my husband is looking for our luggage and its not on the bus. Low and behold while telling the bus driver our luggage is not on here, we see a skycap running towards our bus with our luggage and 2 waters. We were told my husbands luggage will arrive at Hedo later on. Now, we are all set and on our way.

BUS RIDE

The bus ride was very quiet. We had heard on the message boards and in Chris book that the bus ride can be a lot of fun. It wasnt. Not even a Red Stripe stop. Finally we arrive at Hedo about 3:30. So much for being on the beach by 2:00.

FRONT DESK

Check in was very quick. When asking where the bar was so I could get us a couple of beers, the concierge looked up at me and said: Hello Diane, is that your husband Rich over there? I was so surprised that she even knew our names--for never having been there prior to this. We found out later that one of the couples (Cindy and Rod) we were exchanging emails with showed her our picture and told her it was my 50th birthday. Got me to feel right at home mon. With beers in hand we are escorted to our room--OVP 1222.

ROOM

Our room had a gorgeous view of the beach. We were down by Sandals, so we had to make the walk every morning. That was okay, it gave us a chance to see how empty the prude side was. We heard about problems with the hot water. We found the hot water to be plentiful and those JETS were great. We miss those. The TV was okay, though we didnt get the playboy channel-so we made our own and just looked up.lol Upon making coffee the second day, we found a present from the previous guest, neatly wrapped up in a little baggy. Thank you whoever you are. Finding the hidden hot tub by our room was great!!! Completely surrounded by foliage.

BEACH

With a quick change, we are off to the beach. Upon approaching the No Pictures beyond this point tree, my husband had no problem dropping his shorts. I on the other hand was somewhat apprehensive on going nekkid. So, I left my bottoms on. What started out as a gorgeous day, turned ugly--clouds, rain and wind moved in. Just our luck. It stayed like that the next day as well. No problem mon, the pool and Delroys didnt close. Hot tub came in real handy those two days. Overall impression of the beach was rocky, too much seaweed, and those lovely sea urchins. One of which came home with us in Richs foot. Which he ended up at the emergency room to have the spiney things taken out.OUCH!!!! Thankfully, there were a few extra floats. Feeding the fish over by the jetty was great. They ate right from our hands. Overall we were a little disappointed with the beach.

POOL/HOT TUB

We had a lot of fun in the pool. One day our group served as entertainment for the crowd. We were a smoking group and we were getting cannon balled to try and wet our cigs and paraphernalia. But, we foiled their efforts by holding up towels. There was a lot of PDA going on no matter what time of day, which I thought was a little much. Especially the one couple going at it doggy style on the side of the hot tub mid day creating a tidal wave. To each his own, but some things are better off after dark. My husband enjoyed being groped at the hot tub while bending over putting out a cig. By the way, has anyone ever seen a dirt road way behind the hot tub? It is some sort of service road. Someone knew a short cut and we found it by mistake after getting lost coming from the Piano Bar. How one can get lost at Hedo is rather comical. Im sure the alcohol had something to do with it. But, what a laugh we had along the way!!!

THE STAFF

Our overall experience with the staff was very good. Our housekeeper was Merlina. What a doll. She was excellent. The ECs did a good job especially Tease (man can she shake her buns) and the new kid on the block: Sarge (nice looking and has a 6 pack). The circus show was fabulous. What body strength!!! What bodies!!! And when Sarge got us all off the nude side to march over to the prude for a nekkid water slide run.that was great. Especially the chant on the way over: WE ARE NEKKID, WE DONT CARE, WE WILL FUCK YOU ANYWHERE!! I think we shocked the prudes almost out of their bathing suits. Rich even won a bottle of Rum for hitting the top of the Disco with a splash. And being 6+ had nothing to do with it.

FOOD

Had heard much about the food -- e.g. dont come to Hedo for the food. Our experience was a positive on. It was good. Charlies omelets were to die for!! There always seemed to be something that we liked. From grilled cheese, fries, salads, lobster, jerk chicken, pasta, shrimp, I could go on and on. No problem mon. We never went hungry.

PEOPLE

This, I think is the premier attraction. Meeting people ahead of time was the way to go--via DennyPs board. Thanx to: Jules, Kevin, Cindy, Rod, Julie, Jeff, Amy, and Jason to mention a few. Having the staff make me a Birthday Cake was an exceptional thing to do. I will forever remember my 50th !!! One tends to wonder what to expect when experiencing something new. Talking with all of you prior to our trip made it even that much more fun. I cant remember laughing so much and so hard. Its like the saying: People dont return to Hedo for the amenities, but for the people they meet and the friends they make.

WHAT TO BRING

As far as clothes, its true what they say. Pack, cut that in half, then cut that in half. We came home with almost a full suitcase of clothes we never even wore. Bring a Toga outfit, a PJ outfit, and very little else. And in Richs case, a first aid kit!!!!

CAT CRUISE

We decided at the last minute to go on the cat cruise with our new friends. It was after all our last full day at Hedo. What a blast we had!! We drank, we swam, we drank, we swam, and some of us even got massages. It was a hoot to see other boats dock near us (we stayed on the boat and didnt venture over to Ricks Caf) and see all of us NEKKID!! Boy, the binoculars were working and so was the zoom lens. I am sure we might see some pics on the internet someday. The ride back was the best. A few of us decided to go into the netting hitting the water. What a ride. I didnt last too long in it. You got bounced around like a rag doll. Rich has the scars on his ass to prove it. I did get some great pics of us in there though.

WOULD WE DO IT AGAIN?

We both have DIF and cant wait to go again!! All in all, we must admit that it was a trip to remember. Deciding to do something different for my 50th Bday, this was the way to go.

Thanx to everyone for helping to make this a great trip.

Love,

Diane & Rich
