Ray & Loretta - May, 2004

Just got back from HII.  We were there from May 2 7.  Had a good Hedo time.  Missed Chuck and Liz.  Wasnt the same without you!

The food quality improved since Xmas.  Beef tenderloin and rack of lamb were great choices in Pastafari.  Short ribs melted in your mouth in the main dining room.  The food and beverage staff are outstanding.  Teddy and Ray made a point of thanking us profusely for our repeat business.  That was nice.  Now well have to plan another trip before Xmas!

We had one of the new rooms (2268).  Not sure if all the new rooms have the same problem but if you turn on all the jets in the shower, the water leaks into the closet using up a whole lot of valuable towels.  Air conditioning was weak.  Reported it.  No big deal.  Way better than the old rooms and we didnt need all the jets anyway.  It was nice to have the scald-proof fixture.  No more jumping out of the way!

Seemed like the coordinators were not as visible on the nude side.  One even suggested that we did not play volleyball everyday.  Ya, right.  Finding a ball was hard the last few days.  Had to share one with the prudes.  Had to start earlier than 4 pm just to get the ball.  Wish they could do something about the concrete under the court (on the side closest to the shuffleboard court).  Adding sand doesnt seem to work when you dive for the ball.  Once again, we had a few injured players.  A couple of broken toes and blood shed.  Same thing happened at Xmas.

Deep-sea fishing was good.  Sandy has the same first mate as Xmas.  He worked really hard and did a great job.  The cost was $400 for half a day on the Friendly Broker.  Bring your own food and drink.  Gave half of the catch to Delroy.

Did have a few massages.  I had two with Elaine and Ray had two with Veda.  We recommend both.

It was nice to meet some of the dennyp board posters in the flesh.

See you December 20th
