Boomer & Stephanie 07/99 (Wet, Wild, and Wicked)

Boomer & Stephanie's most excellent trip report

July 8th - July 18th 1999 t Wet, Wild, and Wicked '99

August 11, 1999

Dear Fellow Hedonites,

A return trip to the homeland was much anticipated by the both of us.This was our third visit to Hedonismville and we couldn’t wait to escape reality for ten days. The anticipation was fueled by the prospect of finally meeting all of the wet, wild, and wicked group. At times, it seemed the only way we would survive the winter and spring was through the message boards, the instant messages, and the highbrow chats in Denny’s Den. We would like to thank everyone, epecially Denny, that convinced us to go with the WWW group,it was the best advice that we ever actually listened to. We would like to thank everyone in the WWW group, most of you we met, some we didn’t,all the fellow Hedo groupies, and the entire staff for making this our best trip yet. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention those of you who hold a special place in our hearts,if not other body parts. First, the King and Queen, Denny and Dyan, there wouldn’t have been a WWW’99 group without the two of you, besides, you brought the tattoos. Glynn and Lucy, my kindred spirits, you took me to the mountain top to find Jah. Lucky for us, while searching, we found a few other treats while there. We could talk about the both of you for pages, but then the perma-smile would return and my cheeks would start to hurt again :). Jeff and Kim (a.k.a. Glitter girl and Dickhead), we’re not sure if we could have survived the forces of sand gravity without your assistance. Thanks for saving us a spot on the beach everyday and for giving a whole new meaning to the term

"going postal". Joe and Kerri, what would the hot tub have been without the both of you? Well, for starters, our herbal medicine chest would have been a little fuller and Joe’s shoulders a little less sore. Waymon and Mel, who said nothing good ever came out of the South? Oops! I think that was me! Thanks for letting us hang out(literally) with the both of you, you guys were the best. Bob and Kathy, Mr.and Mrs. P.J. Nite, we’ve never seen leather and whips and chains look so classy. We appreciated your friendship and sense of humor, plus Stephanie still wants your hat Bob. Robin and Damian, the beasts from the East, there’s nothing like a naked man smoking a stogie on a nude beach to reaffirm one’s faith in God. It was great getting to know you and hope we can take another "fieldtrip" in the near future. Lance and Jessica, thanks for letting us participate in your birthday week celebration, too say it was fun would be an understatement. Here’s hoping we‘re there to celebrate #? next year Jessica,we’ll bring the tequila. Mike and Becky, with the both of you around no one will ever have the chance to win the free trip at the repeater’s party. We hope the sunburn is doing better and Steph thanks you for the foot massages. Chris and Shelli, the honeymooners, it’s great to see a couple jump right into the Hedo experience with both feet forward. Of course, you have to be sober enough to stand on your own two feet for that too occur. Shelli, we heard Red Stripe is looking for a national spokesperson and we could think of no one more qualified. We’re really glad to see that you had a great time and congratulations on your new life together. Jim and Shirley, it was fun taliking with you. Shirley, thanks for keeping me afloat long enough to see Steph’s face after the cliff dive, it was priceless. Baron and Mama, the master of ceremonies and the best singer in the history of Veronica’s. Baron, you’re a big man, but your hearts are even bigger, maximum respect to the both of you. Dick and Chris, it was our pleasure meeting you, but for some reason www.villagesluts.com wouldn’t connect with our server. Speaking of which, if you have any extra shots of that police uniform please pass them along. Steve and Shaunda, the Rootmon Cummeth, we think that says it all! Greg and Kathy, the first people we got drunk with this trip, what an honor. Thanks for keeping us entertained until the rest the group arrived. Dan and Jen, everyone thanks you for the boombox, especially the guests at Point Village, and for Dan’s ability to moon a Sandal’s boat from any location on the resort. Mark and Clista, we hope your hearing has returned Mark, Da’ Bitch. Dan(Ozzy) and the two beautiful ladies, thanks for making us laugh our ass off everyday at the beach. And last, but certainly not least, Sharon and Anita, the roommates from hell. Is it true that Hedo management called in priests to exorcise your room after you finally left? If walls could talk, we’re pretty sure your’s would scream, at least they were one night. We thought we could party, but we bow in reverance to the goddesses of Hedo. If we overlooked anyone, our sincere apology, but it’s a small miracle we remembered this many of you as is. In closing, it’s the people that you meet and the friendships that develop that make Hedo so unique. There’s no way to explain it to someone that has never been there, it has to be experienced to be fully understood and enjoyed.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

We know this may not have been the most informative trip report ever written, but we hope that it conveys the sincere emotions that we have for Hedo II and the friendships formed there. It isn’t for everyone, but for those of us that have crossed paths there, it’s our little slice of paradise. Peace, Love, and Happiness to everyone and keep in touch.

Irie,
