Breezes Grand Negril Sold Blue Diamond to Operate Under Memories

BAY, JAMAICA (April 3, 2013) John Issa, Chairman of
SuperClubs, announced today the sale of Breezes Grand Negril Resort &
Spa in
Jamaica. The management of the hotel will be taken over by Blue
Diamond
Hotels & Resorts, a division of North America¹s leading leisure
travel
company, Sunwing Travel Group. The property will be rebranded to
Memories
Negril Resort & Spa effective April 17, 2013.
SuperClubs and Blue Diamond Hotels & Resorts are working together to
ensure a
smooth transition of ownership with no interruption to
service. The resort will remain open, most of the staff will remain in
place,
and all reservations will be honored. The 22-acre, all-suite
hotel
sits on an impressive stretch of white sand beach on Jamaica¹s
western
shore, and features six restaurants, six bars, three freshwater
pools,
Jacuzzis, and an on-site spa.
We are
excited to add this property to our growing collection as it
boasts
some of the best beach in Negril. We look forward to unveiling
the
Memories Negril Resort & Spa and to maintaining the high standard
for which

Breezes
Grand Negril has enjoyed thousands of loyal, returning guests
over the years who I am certain will be happy with the new ownership,
said
Issa, who opened the resort as the all-suite Grand Lido Negril
Resort &
Spa in 1989 before rebranding it in 2009.
1) The resort will remain an adult-only resort through May 31, 2013.
2) Beginning on June 1st families will be accepted and there will no longer
be a clothing optional area.
3) Considering that the resort will remain fully operational through these
changes, all clients with confirmed reservations will be embraced by the new
owners.
4) Clients who prefer not to be accommodated at the resort on or after April
17, 2013 can choose to be granted a full refund of their land payment free
of penalty charges.
5) Clients who are sold on an adult-only environment and clothing optional
convenience in Negril can elect to be accommodated at Hedonism II. It is
important to note, however, that rooms and categories are indeed different
at Hedonism II and clients who make this choice should be sufficiently
advised. I will endeavor to have any Breezes clients relocating to Hedonism
II handled with due consideration.
