Armando & Tiffany - May, 2011

Tiffany and Armando Trip Report Hedonism II ~ May 5-14, 2011.

Travel: Uneventful, can't beat our non-stop on Continental from Houston as we live only
5 minutes away from the airport! After our last 2 very delayed trips we arrived on time.
Be sure to have a pen handy for filling out the Jamaican customs and immigration forms
on the airplane! Customs in MoBay not too bad, we've seen it alot worse. Plus anything
beats the way it used to be before the airport upgrade. It all went smoothly. On to the
Superclubs lounge to check in! They did not make us fill out anything at the airport like
they used to. Loaded us peeps up on the bus and after about 20 minutes we were off!
We were able to be on the bus with our new friends A&M and P&M!! (more on friends later).
We did do the pit-stop as most on the bus wanted some herb. Got a decent deal. 200.00
worth lasted most of the 10 days and it was even shared :-) Totally forgot to time the trip,
seemed like forever until we got there! Finally arrived home and was greeted by the lovely
Sunshine, looking so happy and motherly :-) We did have to fill out a sheet of paper at the
hotel, mostly them needing to know departure date and times, flight #, etc.(Why do we need to be
reminded of our departure as soon as we get there????? That's no fair.) The check in process
didn't take long at all. Now off to our room!! Which was the very farthest room from the nude side!!!
Allll the way at the top corner of the prude side!!! Was told we may be able to upgrade 2 days later
but by then we said heck with it, we were used to the walk by then. Plus we figured it would keep
the poundages at bay, NOT!!!

The Room: Same as they have always been. To us the rooms/bed are perfectly fine. It's the
bathroom/fixtures that need to be replaced. In this room (1244) the bathroom door would not
even shut, both the door and frame needs to be replaced and the door knob was barely
hanging on. Now don't get us wrong, we are not too shy when it comes to bathroom stuff but
when we are all paying oooodles of money, can we get a door that shuts? and if it's not too
much to ask, with a working knob please?? One evening went to shower, no water at all.
Called the front desk and was told a main water line broke and they had to turn the water off.
Luckily for us it was back on 5 minutes later. But since there are so many complaints of
water problems lately I sure hope it's not turning into "the norm" for us to have to deal with
water problems. (Something else all of us pay good money for) According to previous reports
it could have been alot worse, we were only put out for 5 minutes. On only one other occasion
we did not have hot water but we showered at a peak time. Most of the times the water was
plenty, plenty hot. We did not have "critter" problems and did not get "sick" from the air conditioner.
Although our air conditioner put out plenty of cold air, just before it would shut off it would give
a loud "thump". Armando said that a flap inside was making this awful noise, like someone
was hitting it with a bat! It was loud. When it first happened we thought some of our friends
were playing a prank on us by throwing something at our window! HaHa!

The Food: As we were there 9 nights the meals did become a bit repititious. Not only that,
once Cinco De Wild party left they started cleaning the 2 big airvents in the buffet area. It was
completely shut down. Starting Monday we got our buffet food from stainless steel servers,
for lunch/dinner it wasn't too bad. But for midnight buffet the food was not fresh at all, being
served out of those servers especially the fries and the hamburger patties were reheated
in a frying pan. Now, I am not complaining that they closed the buffet for this routine maintenance
that I am sure they have to do. They were cleaning something that needed cleaning. But I
would have rather had leftover dinner than those nasty fries/hamburgers. So that I am not
misunderstood, the midnight buffet is very good when they are set up at their usual stations
the buffet/grill. It was only yucky because we were served from the servers that use candles
to keep your food warm. The friday Night Gala Buffet didn't seem up to par as in previous
trips. The only "extras" they do are the martini bar, an extra table of cold meats/cheeses
and a sushi bar. But these "extras" are delicious!!!!! But in previous trips it just seemed
more "Gala".. Always look forward to my breakfast omelette from my man Charlie!
(for the ladies)~How can you beat having breakfast cooked for you by a man so charming
while he sings beautiful music to you and serves you with a hug and a smile???
Never ate at prude grill, so can't comment. Nude grill gas line was fixed and serving up
delicious jerk chicken at any time. Nachos were really good, surprising the chips are
really fresh, and nothing beats those fries smothered with cheese!! YUM!YUM! Love being
able to get the jerk chicken anytime.

Martino's: Absolutely Delicious!!!!!! Totally worth making reservations for! Best food
out of all of our trips!!! We ate there 3 times! Although the service & air conditioning sucked
the 1st time, the food made up for it. The 1st time the 4 of us sat all the way in the corner
by the windows and i swear the waitress kept forgetting about us. There were maybe 4
tables occupied in the whole place and it was HOT! #1 why would a restaurant be so hot with
no one in it? #2 with nobody there, why was our waitress MIA?? We were constantly getting up
to find someone to refill our water/champagne glasses. Now the 2 other dinner services were
wayyy better. It seemed each time we went the AC and service got better and better! Ha!
The lamb, tenderloin, ravioli/tortellini, and shrimp primavera were all outstanding!!!

Munasan:Good as always. We usually eat here more, but this trip Martino's beat out
Munasan. Everything was good here.

Weather: The sunshine gods were definately looking upon us this trip! BEAUTIFUL!
Not one single drop of rain in all 10 days!!!!!!!!!!! Not even an afternoon shower!!!!

Entertainment:Well, I can say after all of our trips we love this EC crew. Everyone of
them made us smile everyday. Winston was not there our first 5 days. So the first Friday they
did not do the special "Rock Star" show we had heard so much about on the boards. I can only
assume it was because Winston was not there. We watched and enjoyed every night time show.
DON"T MISS THE ROCK SHOW!!!! We were able to see it our second Friday. It'll make anyone
get up and dance!!! I wish we could have seen it both Friday's. Unfortunately this was our last night
when we saw it. Armando won a bottle of rum for his Elvis costume. :-) The Piano Bar was hopping
every night. Now, the Disco. The poor, poor Disco. BURNING UP HOT! Music was good tho. But so
hot you couldn't breathe! Not much of a smell we noticed.

My attempt at a day-by-day account.

1st Thursday we were there. Went to nude pool at 4 like planned to meet all of our
new friends from the boards. Then TOGA!....a decent amount of participation. If you join
the conga line you will be brought on the dance floor to participate in games!!! I love the games!!!!
FUNFUN. Then to piano bar....then to hot tub.....

1st Friday Rock Star...DON"T MISS IT! Chilled in the nude pool until lunch. I won a bottle of rum for
Wet T-shirt Contest at Lunchtime spin! I'm a game ho.... :-) We also got massages this day.
Jennifer and Roslyn were DIVINE! Be careful of what massages you get. They asked us if we
wanted soft, medium, or hard massage. In the past we asked for a couples massage and
payed about 100.00~ Well, this "medium massage" was 85.00 PER PERSON!!!!
And we didn't realize this until after the second one! The massage was so good and relaxing the price
was worth it, we would probably ask for it again. Just be sure you know what you are going to pay for beforehand.

Saturday~ Futuristic.....Chilled in nude pool all day. Also, went Parasailing this day.
We booked thru the Hedo tour desk. A bit disappointing that we did not parasail overlooking Hedo.
We went around the corner past Breezes. It would have been more fun if we could have overlooked
our favorite place on earth. On our last trip we booked at the dive shack and Parasailed right there in the
Hedo/Sandals bay. Reason we booked with Hedo tour desk this trip is because
they take debit cards and if you book thru dive shack that excursion doesnt accept cards. They bring you to
a different excursion desk by boat across the bay. So, before you pay, ask where they will parasail you.
Parasailing around the corner past Breezes is boring and a waste of money. Now about theme night.....
From what I saw, I was the only one dressed up!!!!!! Went and changed right after dinner and hit the hot tub.

Sunday~ School Girl. Nude Pool alllllll day. Always good participation on this night. And battle of the sexes game
at dinner is FUNFUN. Although I did get some pretty nasty bumps/bruises that lasted until a week after we got home!
I was partnered with the EC Michael and he was whipping me around in all kind of sexual positions! HAAAA!
I had the battle marks to prove it! On to the disco, the poorpoor disco. Only danced a few songs and we were
outta there and on to hot tub.

Monday~Jamaican Night. Nude pool until 3PM ..Ricks/Shopping shuttle booked thru Hedo tour desk. The sunset at
Rick's is something everyone should do at least once. Good stops for shopping. And they give you plenty of time.
DINNER IS ON THE BEACH THIS NIGHT!!!! The Daily Activity Schedule calls it "Island Interlude" it does not
tell you dinner is on the beach. It was a nice change of scenery and the show was very good. They bring
in a dance/limbo/fire show.

Tuesday~ PJ Night! Got tricked by EC's on Prude beach as we were walking thru to get to nude beach
to participate in some Prude beach trivia/body painting. I am a craftsy/artsy girl....I ended up winning a
bottle of rum for my beautiful Hibiscus I painted all over my man!! HEE.Up until today we hadn't seen
any volleyball games going on!!! But for the rest of the trip Armando played volleyball everyday.
Although, not once did we see nude volleyball, all the games were played on the Prude side???
What's up with that? They tell you that you can be nude and play, but it's not the same as being
over on the nude beach. PJ NIGHT!!!!!! Oh the Disco, the poorpoor Disco. NOBODY hardly there!
Are you serious!!!???? It's PJ night for crying out loud!!! Most of us were on the patio with the
disco door propped open #1 so we could hear the music #2 so we could maybe air it out a bit! It felt like they
didnt even bother turning on the AC this night. Armando won a bottle of rum for his "funky" PJ and
I won a bottle for "Sexy", OK I'm an honest girl. I tied with another lovely lady for "Sexy" so, we both got a bottle.
.......3 bottles of rum won this day!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!

Wednesday~ Fetish Night. For some unknown weird reason, we started transitioning to "beach people".
6 days of nonstop pool/sunshine I guess was getting to us. Relaxing on the beach in the shade is
wonderfully relaxing. On this day we started asking the EC's what happened to Bocce ball(I know, but
we love Bocce ball) and lo and behold for the rest of the trip they made it happen for us! If you don't see an
activity that you want on the Activity Schedule, ask the EC's and they will do their best to make it happen!
We bring our own paint/polyurethane to paint our rocks. We did that this day. Also painted one for
our friends who had to leave us already A&M as they didnt get around to doing theirs! Today we met
some new friends C&L and the "he" of the couple knew how to Hobie Cat so we took one over
to the island. That was so much fun! First time I've ever done that! And yes, they do have grilled
lobster's even out of season over there. We did not partake.....there is a reason for the season....
poor things were too small and definately not worth the money at this time of year! If we ever make it
back in lobster season, I am definately going over to the island to have one. Re: THEME NIGHT did not see
many dressed up for fetish, not like we expected for Hedo anyway. I don't even think there was a contest??
I didn't even dress up in what I planned. Dressing up everynight was getting to us also. The show this
night was also one of the best ones.

Thursday~ On the beach/floating on a raft all day. And Bocce ball of course! And TOGA! Once again,
decent participation. I won a beautiful pair of earrings from onsite jewelry shop for my toga!!!!
Housekeeping ended up taking Armando's sheet I brought from home!!! I didn't realize it until the
last minute!!!! I was so mad!!!! He was going to match with my toga tonight!!!! IF YOU BROUGHT
SPECIAL SHEETS FROM HOME BE SURE TO HIDE THEM FROM HOUSEKEEPING!!!!!

Friday~ RockStar...Beach all day. Friends C&L wanted to waterski. Waterskiing is included!!!
All you have to do is go ask at the dive shack. C totally enjoyed it. Also, made a pitstop
at the island again for a beer. Much faster getting there on a ski boat!!! Made it back just in time for
volleyball. THEME NIGHT: once again we did not dress up in our outfits. And guess what???
Nobody else did either!!!! But tonight was the "real" Rock Star show!!!! THROUGHLY ENTERTAINING!
NO one dressed up.....saw them putting away 2 bottles they were planning to give away.

Friends: We met so many of you wonderful peeps from the boards!! We met P&M in our airport
in Houston as they had a connecting. They were so sweet as to help me finish the last few
remaining Hedo Bucks I needed. Yes, WE HAD HEDO BUCKS! (more on that in a minute)
Always great to see their smiling faces all week. A&M(amandml69) you guys rock!!! I do believe
you helped make our trip all that much better!!! MIss you guys!!! Seafoodkid... wish we woulda had
more days that crossed you guys seemed super fun to party with. M&D(2peasnapod) you guys are the sweetest!
D it broke my heart to have to tell you bye in the Piano Bar as you took your last Bob Marley shot!!! You didn't
know but I started to "tear up"!!! Sheesh! Just like I am starting to do right now!!!!!!! It was a true pleasure
meeting yall. J&T(cnjcpl4whatever) you guys are a hoot!!! Thanks for the hook up my friend!!! D&N(norcalcpl42)
so great to meet you guys! (I would sure love to see yalls "month long" trip report! haha) C&L wonderful to
meet up with you guys!!!! great Hobie Catting!!! Thank you Captain!!! Or better yet....remember me screaming at
the top of my lungs to the Hedo shore!!! COME GET MEEEEEEEE!!! In my best Texas Country twang!!! HAAA
Good times were had by all and I think of everybody everyday!!!!! MISS YALLLLLLL!!!!

Waterslide/bridge: Well Halleju!!! Who woulda' thought it would be fixed by the time I did this trip report!!
Not me!!! I was going to post at how fast they were working on it tho. They had the steel beams all up
before we left! Shame we missed it by a few weeks. But I wouldnt have traded our beautiful weather
for anything, even a waterslide run. Heard the bridge is done and beautiful! Can't wait to see it and slide it!!!

Late night hot tub and vinnys/wallys:Not too much action going on. I've seen it packed
and hopping more on other trips. Mostly oral....now that I think about it I dont recall seeing any
outright intercourse. The water temp was perfecto everynight. You could sit/play in it for hours :-)
Brought our iPhone Jawbox speaker for music..that was nice to have. Pool bar opened on time
every night. I mention that because we had a HUGE problem with that on our last trip. Had our first
run in with what I assume is a Wally. He came around to our group, drunk off his ass of course,
actually SPLASHING US! And a dear lady friend of ours stood up and told him to leave us the hell
alone, we don't want you and shoved him backwards where he lost his balance and fell back. Now I
am not one for violence but this guy was RELENTLESS! It's a shame it had to get to a point
the lady had to use physical force to get him to leave. He did get out after this and the next
thing we notice he is passed out on a lounger, where I heard that the next morning he was
still passed out on that same lounger! Please note that this kind of thing does not happen
very often at all!!! It was only once on our trip we had a problem.

HedoBUCKS!! Yah!Yah!:Posts from a few months back stated there are no more Hedo Bucks.
But we got them!! 10.00 increments and it takes 200.00 to get a bottle. There were NO "tokens"
or NO writing names/room numbers down on a table that the EC's keep. Just good plain ole'
Hedo Bucks printed on paper like back in the good old days.

Time to wrap this up!!!!!

Big hugs to ALL the Entertainment Crew who work so hard to make it a fun time for us!
My man Charlie!!! And big hugs to Paulette our favorite bartender!!! Janoy who has been there
a few months bartending ..hope he stays!! Agustus.....by the end of the trip he was calling
both of us "trouble"! He keeps the beach beautifully clean. And we once were able to steal/hide
his beloved rake! HEEEEEEE.
