Greg & Monica - April, 2010

Well here is our trip report for trip# 3 Apr 1 till Apr 11.

The resort has remained much of the same from our last trip in 06.

The food for the most part was not bad not great. Breakfast was far the best that they do.

The Itilian restaurant is very good with great service.

The entertainment staff needed a kick in the pants to get activities happening on day two. A quick meeting with Sophia cured that and they were bang on after that.

The entertainment still is top notch with the highlight being the steel drums on the beach night buffet.

Piano bar was good.

Had a private meeting with Kevin Levee in regards to the condition of the rooms and to the privacy issues with the drive by boats.

And I got a responce that the owners were there the week we were there and that the rooms should be scheduled for an over haul.

It seemed after the meeting a phone call was made and the boats seemed to stay way farther out from were they were.

Did also suggest the option of theme nights for Dinner buffets.

And also suggested a random door prize of 3 free nights at the repeaters party and the suggestion was well received.

The crowd was good but seemed like low capacity for the time of year.

All in all a good trip.

It's the workers that are always so freindly and the freinds that we have made that keep us going back.

But the resort does need to realise that there is a lot of other options for us to spend our hard earned money on.

So before the next trip hope some things happen.
