March 6-15
Hi all,

3/6 Arrived room at Ramada 4am
3/6 Arrived JFK Air
3/6 Departed JFK Air
3/6 Arrived MoBay on time ( no idea, lost track of time)
3/6 (Still Friday) Tim Air to Negril another on-time landing
(Thanks Curtis)
3/6 ( Must still be Friday there are serving Lobster tonight)
Now the events start getting fuzzy. I guess I write as I remember
it.
3/15 went home...
Informal report:
We made the trip once again. Last year we finally won our 3 free
days making us repeaters who are now ineligible to win
again since we have won both times. I can remember when
we 1st started going to the repeater party thinking… who
are these crazy people that have been here over 30
times. Hmmm guess that’s makes us nuts too. Thank God we
like deviled eggs. OK enough bullshit and onto the trip
report. We stayed 3/6 - 3-15. Lobster is every other
Friday, 3/6
it was served 3/13 was not. The towel card is in effect
and it works well. 2 towels per person. Food was great,
two omelet stations at breakfast, Charlie always had the
longest line; pasta stations, martini bars and such were
all up and running. The old Scotch Bonnet has a new
name and the service is great. Waitress service and a
menu including grilled fish makes it a must do for
lunch. Piano bar is better than ever, even pre Dave, (LW
now playing at Beaches / Sandals as Ultimate Chocolate).
The combo of both guys at the Hedo Piano Bar works great
including some local talent blowing on sax. KL is
walking the property at all hours making sure things are
OK which I found refreshing. Bumped into him at 3am in
the disco and he was asking how everything was going.
More impressed was the fact that all the staff was happy
to see him. Good Comments: overall food was great, Gray
Goose at the main bar, lobster every other Friday,
grilled fish at the old Scotch Bonnet for lunch. Bad
Comments: Warned front desk that we were staying for 8
days. 3 free since we won on last trip and another
booking of buy 4 stay for 5. On the last night our 3
free nights I called the front desk and said please
don't evict us or turn our room keys off. Oh well I'm
sure you know the ending. Ha ha if you can predict a
disaster... Is it a disaster or a controlled accident?
Anyhow we went up at 1pm, got new keys and made our own
beds and called it a day. Life is good... This trip I
must say the pool was unusually cold, I guess the winter
in Negril has been much colder than usual.. During the
day everyone found it difficult to get in. We did and
jokingly blamed the cold water on shrinkage but the
reality was it sucked. Over all the years we never
experienced the pool this cold in March but we made the
best of it. Only activity on the nude side that got any
attention was Bocci Ball. The other main attention was
the Ms. No Swimsuit Contest which provided hours of
entertainment.
BTW…
"Take Another Hit." was told to "Take Another Time Out"... I guess
KL has less tolerance than RB... Hmmm
Suzy, “I’m so not over you”
OK enough said..
