Greg & Shannon - 2007
Well this was
our second trip this year to Hedo 2. The first was in April
with Biffs Bunch. It was 9 days of fun & relaxation Hedo
style. I have been to Hedo around 20 times, and there for
Anniversary and Halloween. We were looking forward to this
trip as soon as we got back in May. As usual we met and made
new friends each time, and renewed old friendships.
We did the LA
to Ft Lauerdale to Kingston to MoBay then the bus to the
resort. We finally got there around 3 pm. We had our room in
about 10 minutes and headed to our rooms to drop off our
bags and head to the beach to find friends. Well we didn't
even make it halfway before we ran into friends. After
dropping off our bags and getting comfortable ( ie naked) we
made our way to Delroys. Soon it was time for jerk
chicken and then off to the room to get ready for the nights
fun. The night ended around 2am when we made our way back to
our rooms for a nights sleep.
Up early Sat
morning to grab a good spot on the beach, then up to the
dining room for breakfast. Hang out on the beach and pool.
Tried some new drinks, had a bunch of old ones. Made
new friends, renewed old ones. Laughed and played. All to
soon it was time to head back to the room and get ready for
dinner and the show Again the evening ended with a trip to
the midnight buffet and a pass by the hot tub. and off to
bed.
Sunday was a
repeat of the day before. Sorry if I dont give more details
on the events for Anniversary and Halloween but as you know
things tend to run together and blur.
Some of the
events for that week were PJ night, Cowboy night, Pimp & Ho,
Halloween, Anniversary.
And I have to
say Shannons costume and mine were pretty damn good. We won
about 5 bottles of Rum. Shannon got asked to be in the Ms
Hedo 2007 contest. And I got roped into the Mr Hedo Hunk
contest. I thought you only had to do one or two of the
events. Oh no didn't work out that way. 4 hours later it was
over I was starved and THRISTY. Later that evening I found
I took second to a guy 20 + years my junior who was training
to be a triahlete. It was good to be me.
