Roy & Catherine - April, 2005
This was our
first trip to Hedo and we traveled with 2 other first timer couples. We
flew from Reagan to Atlanta and Atlanta to MoBay. We landed in MoBay
around 12:30pm and were in the lobby at Hedo by 2:10pm. We were greeted
with cocktails and immediately shown to our rooms.
Everything is
sort of a blur but I'll try and remember it all. The first day, we went
to the beach prude pool and had cocktails. Met some folks with temporary
tattoos and all the ladies got them. We ran into our new friends Anna
and Bill, Hedo veterans, and they took us to the nude pool. It was
pretty nerve wracking walking to the beach and seeing the big sign about no
clothing allowed but without any problems, we all dropped our clothes and
continued our march to the nude pool. WOW what a crazy scene. Wall
to wall people packed in the pool all having drinks, chatting and having a
great time. We met a bunch of the Dezoobares and chatted for awhile.
We then left and got changed up for dinner. That night was the big gala
buffet. Lots of yummy food. So fun to see all the ladies dressed
so sexy at dinner. After dinner, we went to the piano bar for a little
karaoke. Later, we did nekid water sliding (you MUST try this) and then
joined in on some beach games with the entertainment coordinators.
Around midnight we went to the nude hot tub - FUN FUN FUN. It was
everything I thought it was going to be and more.
Day 2, My hubby
went scuba diving and loved it. There was an awesome breakfast buffet,
checked out the pool, the nude beach, pool, beach grill for cheeseburgers and
fries, more drinks, dinner, drinks, piano bar karaoke, disco and nude hot tub
and pool. The rest of our time there pretty much went the same.
Our last day we went to Margaritaville in Negril - gorgeous beach and sand.
This was the best
vacation we've ever taken. Our third time to Jamaica and fifth time to
the Caribbean. Hubby wasn't feeling so hot so couldn't fully enjoy the
vacation but still had a great time. If you are considering going to
Hedo, just do it! You won't regret it. We are already planning our
next trip! People of all ages and sizes. Everyone was wonderful.
The staff was fantastic. Just smile and say hello to everyone and you'll
meet some of the best people ever. Many thanks to our new friends Anna
and Bill for making our trip so memorable. You guys are the best and we
can't wait to see you again (Vegas in November, right?). Billy, you are
fabulous.... thanks for all the fun and for leading the troops to the hot tub
at night. I still laugh just thinking about it. Rae Rae, Winston,
Omeica and Foxy - ya'll rock. Thanks for keeping us entertained.
