We recently returned from our first trip to Hedo and wow!!! This place is fantastic. We had no idea really what to expect as we arrived Tuesday the 10th. No problems at all getting to the island and the to the resort. The ride from Mo Bay to Negril was a quick hour and a half with a short stop halfway at a little bar for a piss and a red stripe. I accomplished my first goal of scoring a bag of fine Jamaican Ganja before we even got to the resort. I payed $30 for what had to be a half ounce (I was quoted $60 but talked him down). When we arrived at Hedo II around 6pm and had a short wait (maybe 15 mins) while we were being checked in. We wanted a Nude side room but they had opted to give us a Prude side close to the dining room because Julie had broken her foot a week and a half before we left. They really had our best interest in mind and I highly commend them for this.
Our first night at Hedo was a sleepy one. We had some drinks, Dinner, and smoked a little bud before getting dresses (or undressed) for the Pajama party. The idea kinda died out because we were both exhausted and we headed back to the room to sleep before the party had even started.
The next morning we were up with the sun and off to breakfast. Breakfast really is the best meal of the day here. No complaints at all. The food was good, the OJ tasted fresh and the coffe was fasntastic. We spent most of the day on the prude beach taking in the sun and getting a little color.
Hurricane Charley didn't put much of a damper on things. We lost power in the disco around 1 am for the rest of the night and all wateer activities were canceled the next day but as they say "No Problem", still plenty of things to do.
We didn't end up on the nude side until our third day when we finally said, oh F*ck it. We shouldn't have waited. We spent most of our time over there for the rest of the trip. It was a little strange at first being that neither of us have great bodies but it took no more that 15 mins before we were completely at ease. Everyone we met was awesome. No one was pushy or overly aggressive towards us although we did get some hints from some swingers (they call themselves "lifestylers") that they wanted to get with us. They got the hint that we weren't into that and remained friendly. In fact we spent a lot of time with these people.
Im late for work so Ill wrap this up. We had a great time and we will most definately go back. If you read anything negative about this place, chances are that it was written by some snob or super-prude. The facilities are excelent, the rooms are not the Ritz-Carlton but are fantastic and the staff was always friendly, attentive, fun and helpful.
