Brett & Kerri - December, 2001

12-23-01 thru 01-02-02

Brett & Kerri

DIF set in bad for us after this trip. It was our third trip and we returned home to the worst snow storm our area had seen in our life time. Great! From white sand and 85plus degrees to snow and sub-zero temps. Our home was hit with 68 inches of snow while we were at hedo. After two days of digging out we're already needing a return date.

This trip was the time of our lives. We received the room we had requested and were in it in less than ten minutes. Never unpacked. Just through some clothes (slutwear) in drawers and called it good. By the time we finished this "unpacking" we had already met with local friends and uptained all the necessities to get our heads on straight. Half hour after arrival we were nekkid, heads on straight and standing at Delroy's getting our first purple rain and land shark!

The first three days of our trip the resort occupancy was about 20%. Most activities were cancelled do to low interest. The food variety in the main dining room was limited but good. There were very few tables set at all of the meals. The construction workers were working into the night to get all the lighting, tubing, landscaping and brick laying done by New Year's Eve. Many of the staff had days off the X'mas week. We had different maids our first three days because there were individual days off and entire buildings empty. After X'mas people started flowing in and it was back to hedo as normal.

Our first day there we noticed a small kitten living in the water run off between rooms 10 & 11 on the nude side. Augustus (rakes the nude beach) keeps an eye on kitty but none of the employees can feed kitty without fear of losing their jobs. Kerri fed kitty at each meal. There are a lot of dining room choices kitty enjoys. Anyone going soon please feed kitty and look after him. Pass the word on so Hedo-kitty will be well cared for.

One activity Kerri will try to never miss again is nude pool exercises. Leroy led the exercises and even though Kerri NEVER got off her lounge chair she intently watched as the well defined hunk Leroy led the group through each bend thrust and jerk(her words) until Kerri could stand no more and it's PDA time for us.

Hedo at low occupancy is a pleasurable, romantic environment. We had a chance to relax from traveling. This is something we say we will do but it never happens. It also rained on and off our first three days so we spent most of our time under the lounge chair that we would pull to the edge of the hot tub. Those chairs are great for rain cover and very romantic in the hot tub on a rainy night. Hot tub - Hedo - In each others arms...it doesn't get any better!

The brick walkway they were finishing the day we arrived was washed out by the next day and quickly replaced. The wooden walkway from the main pool to the prude beach was opened by X'mas but work continued on it through our vacation. The three new outside pool tables are installed but unfinished. The ice rink is there but no surface to it. The climbing wall and the new exercise facilities are still incomplete. The water slide is open, more later in report.

Razor (Patrick) had days off the first half of our trip. He was still around but looked unhappy. By the end of X'mas week he was back to work but not seen much. High entertainment staff turnover, we're told, due to burnout. Chubby is still there and he and Roxanne are the main activities leaders. They are seen all day everyday. We even saw them being trained as bartenders at Delroy's. The employees all seem to be learning different jobs...job security? Wet T-shirt contest is on Mondays, we thought it was Tuesdays. It hit us by surprised and there was very low participation anyways so no wet T-shirt contest this time. We heard they did get five women but we didn't stay. Sorry!

X'mas day...we have no idea what went on most of X'mas day and night! We were there in body only and even our bodies didn't make it too any activities or meals. It was the best X'mas we ever had. What happens at Hedo stays at Hedo and this day couldn't have happened anywhere else. All of our X'mas wishes came true, even the ones we didn't know we had.

The morning of the 26th Hedo began filling up. We had been use to piles of clean towels everywhere, lounge chairs anytime and anywhere we wanted, no wait at the nude bar or grill and shower pressure and temps were no problem. Not normal Hedo! Suddenly lots of people, lots of shower irregularities, no towels, can't find a lounge chair by the nude pool and the bar and grill were full. Loved the crowd! Our first two trips were the first weeks of May and July when large groups of lifestyles were there. The pool games and the dinner slutwear were minimal this trip but with the groups they were constant. It seemed the only blow-up toys were brought by HedoHenry. We met lots of great people and took full use of the variety of Jamaica's available mind altering delights and yes we drank from breakfast till past late night hot tub. One day we decided to nap before dinner and to our surprise security came knocking at our door and insisted that we must close the door if we are going to be sleeping. Learned a new rule, got in trouble again...what a great day! Events now start to blurrrr together.

Every trip we walk the beach and this trip was no exception. We noticed that there are a lot of children at the other resorts this time of year. On our walk this trip we encountered two young boys who apparently hadn't seen a near nude "D" sized women walking toward them. This was as shocking for them as it was humorous for us.

On the 30th a Jamaican friend took us to Rick's Cafe. It was much better for us to go by cab rather than the boat or shuttle. We enjoyed the cliff diving, had a few drinks, watched the sun set and left when we were ready. No waiting for the boat or shuttle,we left when we wanted. During the cab ride to Rick's we saw a baptism and on the way back we saw the wedding party for the daughter of a wealthy car dealer. When we got back to the resort we headed for the hot tub and spent our normal couple hours there before going to the beach point where we made a comfortably romantic spot and we spent the night watching the moon go down and the sun rise the next morning. We had wanted to spend the whole night on the beach since our first trip and we finally did it! The palm tree at the end of the point is now gone. It was the victim of the latest hurricane.

New Years Eve Day we woke to another gorgeous day and headed to the beach to have Diane re-do Kerri's full head of braids. We couldn't believe we had done the same thing two Mondays in a row. Now the hair looks great again but no time to get ready for wet T-shirt contest. When we returned to our room there were party hats and noise makers placed nicely on our bed. We had a great table by the stage for dinner but were invited by friends (Dennis & Sally, Thanks again) to join them and their guests at there eight top table. It was great to enjoy that fabulous dinner with a fun group of people. (Is that balloon still on the attack?) The resort is now overbooked and there are a lot of day passes. The dining room is set up as far as they can set it. They served lobster, crab legs, stir-fry, etc., etc. and the largest variety of awesome desserts we've seen. The evening was filled with music, dancing and drinking. At midnight we were embraced in an end of last year-beginning of new year kiss and didn't notice that the huge net of balloons didn't properly deploy. It took what seemed like forever as the cameras rolled and the female M.C. took her microphone stand in hand and mounted the shoulders of a large male guest. She stabbed at that net until, after a huge effort, she finally tore the net and the balloons were released! As the celebration began again Kerri was approached by Bubbles for a New Year kiss, this fake ploy was a cover for the hand full of glitter confetti that he caressed into her freshly braided hair. As he walked away and repeated the ploy to another unsuspecting women, Kerri and I watched and laughed, about this time Kerri realized what had also just been done to her! She began shaking her head and spreading confetti everywhere. Bubbles...you will be happy to hear that we are still picking that Damn confetti out of her hair.

We would like to thank the women who located Kerri's red G-string in that bush, we would have never found it there. It looked better in that bush than it had as a center piece at dinner. It's not our fault we didn't know the underwear rule at the dinner table.

Mr. Smith wanted a formal opening for the water slide at midnight but with the balloon delay the nekkid people (HedoHenry) couldn't wait and took over the slide opening. It was great watching all the nekkid people having so much fun.

New Year's Day we were invited to the Japanese restaurant for dinner and had an excellent nine course meal. We didn't think we liked Japanese and would have never tried it if Hank and Carmon hadn't invited us to join them. It was a fantastic meal with wonderful company. We enjoyed every minute. David was our chef and he was a perfect cook with a humorous grill side manner. We couldn't decide what to order and Hank was the one with the great suggestion to order everything. We left stuffed but totally satisfied.

We met a lot of great people while we were there. Can't mention everybody but we would like to thank one special couple who made our trip unforgettable. B & A you know who you are and how special you are to us. After thoroughly studying the fiber optic X'mas tree for so long on X'mas day it was great to get your E-mail that there is, in fact, a pattern to those lights.

Dennis and Sally you two made us laugh so much we often walked away just to catch our breath. Dennis what were those little baggies you had a collection of at the beach?

Hank and Carmon we wish we would have met you in July but we're sure glad the ice is broken and we know you now. Thanks for the Japanese dinner invitation it was a great experience.

We've included some pics to give everyone an idea of how the construction is going.

Until we get back "home" those who are going have a drink for us.
