This was our first trip to Hedo, and let state that we had a wonderful
relaxing, Majical time!
We started planning our trip 2months in advance, and had a lot of fun just
shopping for clothes, lingerie, and getting our togas ready. We did a lot
of research on Denny's site, and talked to a few people. We thought we were
well prepared.........Then Sept 11th came.
The weather was fantastic, the water warm, and being naked never felt so
good! We had never been naked like this in public, though we had been to
lifestyle parties. I must say playing volleyball was a real treat. We
loved the clothing optional cruise, and enjoyed throwing caution to the wind
and jumping off of the cliff. Sheryl loved the massage onboard the boat,
needless to say it got her motor running full steam. The other activity we
loved was snorkeling, we did some on the boat, and some by the nude beach.
I think next time we will go scuba diving, and even snorkel more. Sailing
was also a real treat, it took a few minutes, and near misses but was
exciting.
Because of the terrorist attach on Tuesday the people we were to meet were
not able to come, and the atmosphere of the resort seemed a bit subdued for
a few days. We started referring to each day as Groundhog Day, as the faces
didn't change for the entire stay.
We loved the entertainment staff, though I think the male members were a bit
aggressive at times towards my wife, she loved it I grew tired of it (male
ego). Pajama party was totally fun, Toga was so-so. The hot tub seen was
pretty good, we loved to go and get frisky, one of the things we liked about
Hedo was the freedom to touch...kiss...make love when and where was not
limited. It was fun to see the lead singer from Motley Crew, and his
luscious girlfriend, he treated everyone to a few songs on several nights.
Our favorite times were spent in the water...snorkeling....having
sex.....sailing....having sex....you get the idea.
The food was okay, but not fancy nor creative. We would have enjoyed a
better selection. They closed the French Bonnet Restaurant, which left the
Italian and buffet.
The construction was annoying, mostly because we were not told ahead of time
to expect it, but it did not detract from us having a good time.
The one event we totally enjoyed was the beer social, we had so much
fun.....went through 4 cases of beer....lasted 3+ hours, and made some
really fun friendships.
The one thing I did not plan on was being at Hedo an extra 2 days.......I
only packed one pair of shorts, and several swimsuits thinking I would be
naked more than dressed, I would definitely packed a few more pair had I
thought about it.
Hedo is great, we wish we could go again real soon. Being Naked is
fantastic, we were very glad we fake baked before coming, we were spared the
sunburn problems we saw a few others have.
