This was our third trip and we couldn't wait to get back as usual we had a great time. To my surprise there was a wet T-shirt contest going on as we came in so before we went to our room we stayed and enjoyed viewing the wetness.
Reading all the other trip reports I felt compelled to submit my own. Yes, the water in the shower runs hot and cold -- take a bath or time your shower when everyone else is not. As far as the towels are concerned, or the lack of ... this time they were scarce. IM not sure why, perhaps they had a washer break down, or possibly guest could have been hoarding them, who knows.... stand out in the sun for about 5 minutes and you will be dry. no big deal. i did notice that there were some people at the resort that could have used a lesson in manners. we have never had a problem with the service there and i doubt we ever will, because we use our manners. Please and thank you are just common curtesy these wonderful people who work day and night for IM sure is very little pay compared to our lifestyle still are smiling and glad to see us when ever we come back. there are a couple of staff members who even remembered what we like to drink (purple rain and Jamaica sunsets) my husband actually herd someone say at the grill "give me a ham and cheese and don't f**k it up," that is rude. No if and or butts. IM sorry I really don't mean to vent like I am but the fact remains this resort, this tropical paradise, has a kind of glow about it. It is the best place to vacation I have ever been, which is probably why we keep going back. we stay on the prude side because of me. If my husband had his way he would stay on the nude side. He is a true naturalist. I prefer to keep my bottoms on while I am there but I do take off my top. Which poses a question.... if you are on the nude side pool do you have to be completely naked?? being a prude myself i say if you choose to keep your bottoms on, there shouldn't be a problem. especially for those people who are married or with someone who wants to set big Jim and the twins free. you never know what the reason is for someone having there bottoms on is. I personally am very self conscious about stretch marks. they don't cover a large area but they are very deep. But that's my hang up. I did this time get razzed about not taking them off by a very friendly gentleman in a body part novelty hat. IM sure he was just joking but it still made me feel bad for having them on and that shouldn't be. Or at least that is my opinion we are going back in a few weeks and I cant wait to see my Ayana (BLT) and my lucky and my chubby and my teddy bear and my Leroy..... you get the point.
i guess what IM trying to say is hedo 2 is the best place to go relax drink like a fish dance you butt off se old friend make new ones and get away from it all and have it all at the same time. thank you to Denny for providing an arena for hedo participants to share thoughts and pics and travel dates. and by the way ... if any one remembers my plug in green monster and the disco have i got good news for you if all goes well they may be available in the gift shop soon.
