Just back from our third Hedo trip and we are disappointed :(
Why ?
1. Road to Negril much worse than last visit (2 years ago)
2. Phone charges.....7 minute fee for each minute used
3. NEVER any clean towels...
4. Staff getting and eating meals with guests
5. RUDE security at the nude side....leave us alone, we are adults
6. Weak drinks....had to remind bartenders to add alcohol
7. Entertainment staff NOT doing scheduled activities(daily occurance)
8. Staff ASKING FOR TIPS
9. Blaring music at breakfast
10. ILL MANNERED TWENTY SOMETHINGS(guests)
11. NO smoking in the Mobay airport???? You kidding ? With all the air
pollution....
Guess its time to spend our $$$ elsewhere !
MANY returning guests were expressing the same problems. I guess HEDO thinks
its a privalage to come there.
Feel free to post this as a trip report.
BTW....if it wasnt for the FARM TRAVEL group of people
there(lifestyles)...the week would have sucked !
