Roy & Cyn - 01/00

First off my apologies to Denny, and all the Hedo Maniacs that have been waiting TOO long for the January Trip Reports! No excuses...hey I've been checking for reports myself, and we were there! Get with the program stupid!

We flew out of Detroit on the 4th (Tues) into Atlanta. >From there we into Mobay on the 5th. We ran from the plane (after kissing the tarmac), running over several elderly ladies in cruise wear, and blitzed through customs in a record 10.5 minutes. Carry on luggage...the only way to go, and just think we even stuffed a two person raft in one of the bags. Clothes...we don't need no stinkin clothes!

We then boarded our Timair flight, after a one hour wait, and flew to Negril with a great Hedo couple..Jim & Donna...boy did they have the Hedo toys!! Our hopes were to beat the bus and check in quicker...we beat them by 10 minutes and checked in...no problem room 2138 (our favorite location--H-Block). We like the H block...it's like the "heart" of the nude end. Lots of room parties and friendly folks!! We dropped our bags, through our money and travel papers in the safe and headed to Delroy's. This was our 9th trip so we were looking forward to seeing our friends again. Scumba, Delroy, Gracie, Anna (her twins are beautiful!) and Robert. All were there, when we made it to the beach about 2 PM. Lots of hugs and smiling faces, then our first mudslide of the day...YA MON WE'RE BACK!!! ten whole days of "what you want...when you want!"

A little later some friends, Pam & Paul joined us after their check in. The group was starting to form. Within the next 2 days our group would grow to 12 folks, friends everyone! As all Hedo vets say...it's the people that make your trip...the staff, the local Jamaicans and of course your fellow vacationers! All of them blend together to make the most fantastic vacation any person could possibly want to experience! It is so wonderful to share so much fun, with others, who are there to enjoy themselves. Whether you want to just sit in the shade and read a book, or push your own sexual envelope, this IS the place.

As with all Hedo trips..."moments", and events all start to blend together. However, because of my very intelligent wife (Cyn...you da girl), we (she) was able to list some of the high points on a note pad. The food was great. Better than last year, and I thought that was good. I know you can get better food in a different place, but not while your staring at a young lady in full blown leather wear yelling "whose your momma!" Every couple of days we would all jump in the Hedo speed boat and jet off to Bloody Bay for a Lobster Lunch. There's a little local place there with just a gray tarp covering the cooking pit. The atmosphere was fabulous. The Jamaicans were (as always) very friendly and happy to see us, and of course our money. Hey we all want to make a buck. TIP: guys if you go, ask for the Dragon Stout beer...as the Jamaicans say..."it's good for da wood!" Lobster dinner cost apprx $8, grilled fish and jerked chicken apprx $6. It makes for a great day...the beach is so beautiful and the water so clear. Plus if you want...go nude (we did).

PJ & Toga (2) parties were all great, lots of fun. The PJ party was held in the dining room because of the crowd...(Lifestyles) in the house. If any one has ever wondered if they should go during a Lifestyles week...do so! They're folks like all of us, great people and lots of fun! Wed night (art auction...skip it) we traveled into Negril for dinner at Xtabi on the Cliffs...Fantastic! Great view and good food, try it you'll like it! Don't forget to go on one of the nude cruises...($45 p/p-Tues & Sat 10:30). Lots of fun, snorkeling, and of course cliff jumping..."watch your d**k!"

Other Hedo moments were: "dirty dice" game in the pool and hot tub, what a great time. Eating 400 lbs of popcorn, thanks Annavon! The weather was fantastic, the staff the best. It was our best trip ever, each year tops the last! Thanks to all our friends, Mardo & Seyda, Pam & Paul, Dan & Laura, Randy & Kelly (Okl), Bonnie & Brian, Lou & Cindy, Paul & Lorraine, and our very "special buddies"...Annavon & Rick who helped make our trip very memorable.

Hedo is a fantastic "adult" playground...go if only once, but leave your judgements at home. Take instead a smile, an open mind and always try to speak to everyone you see. You never know who might "make" your vacation! Till next year.....

respect every time! roy hedocpl@yahoo.com
