The trip from Baltimore was pretty smooth. We had the first flight out so the line at the counter was non existent. We took the bus from MoBay to get an idea for the area. As we passed Breezes Montego Bay, I was darn happy my super surprise was Hedonism. That place would not have been a vacation. Anyway. We had to wait about an hour for a room, but when I sat at the desk, they had in front of them a list of available rooms. After reading Chris' book, I knew what the room layout was, so the room I asked for I got! It was on the prude side, because I had no idea I would partake on the nude side. More on that later.

The food was ok. Not great. We tried the pastafari one night and it was FANtastic. We actually had dinner there, and dessert on the buffet. The drinks were top shelf, and there was plenty of it. My only small gripe was the choice of only Red Stripe, but I guess when in Rome....

As I said earlier, I had no intention of doing the nude side, I am very self conscious. To make a long story short, I wanted to just 'check out' the nude side. The first day i hung at the prude pool and there were basically the college kids being real arrogant. So I decided to check out the 'other side' . The people seemed pretty friendly as I passed through and on day two decided to try it. It took me a couple of days but by the third day I had no inhibitions about that side. Most of the people seemed so friendly. Now I need to say there were groups of people that were not very friendly. My wife and I are not lifestylers and I think the couples who 'paired off' stayed to themselves and wouldnt even acknowledge a 'hello'. So be it.

Our favorite night activity, besides the obvious ;), was seeing Dave at Veronica's paino bar. He is such a good entertainer. We met a few nice people there. Unfortunately on day three , my wife got violently ill from some type of bronchial allergy, so I was kind of 'single' on the nude. She couldnt walk from the prude side to the nide side without severe pain, and she didnt seem to mind if I went down there (well except for one night when I thought I was a dead man).

My main gripe about H II for that week was the bevy of prostitutes, yes prostitues. It seemed like you couldnt go anywhere without seeing them propositioning people. From what I heard it was unusual for that large a group of working women to be there.

Overall all we had a good time (except for my wife getting sick). Next time we wont be doing the super surprise, because I want to go Hedonism, and no where else.
