Nov. 18-24 at Hedo ll  then on to Hedo lll Nov. 24-29  Comparison on the two.

First I would like to start by saying that this was our 4th trip to Hedo 2 but 1st time to Hedo 3.

Well trip to Mobay pretty uneventful so will spare any of those details, but once to customs  the place was almost vacant so went through like the wind so nice change.  We were going to meet friends to share a Timair flight but there plane was delayed over 2 hours so just did bus,  I think we set record time as it only took 1 hr. 15 min.  (we voted that no one needed to stop for red stripe break since we had just ourselves, a couple to Grand Lido and one single going to the Point quiet bunch but that was ok).    On return trip we did take Timair back to Mobay as there is no airstrip near Hedo 3 so we had to return to airport to make connections which took about 30 min. and then we were on our to Hedo 3 which was another 1 hr. 15 min. ride which I might say the roads to Runaway Bay are a little better but  its still Jamaica!!!!!

Check-in:HEDO 2 Well it hasn't changed a bit at , we got to desk at 4 p.m. and it took almost 45 min. for them to find our room which was ready the whole time, front desk staff still very disorganized and very slow even by Jamaica standards.  HEDO 3  Arrived at 11:30 a.m.  day after Thanksgiving and was in our room in 10 min. so enough said        Advantage  3

Beach:  Hedo 2 has much larger nude area than 3, nude pool areas are alot more user friendly also at 2 (especially hot-tub hedo 2 100+ capacity hedo 3 maybe 25).  Prude beach areas about the same size but prude pool areas are much larger and nicer at Hedo 3  but never a big crowd at either's prude areas so I'll leave it at that.

Food:  Buffet food at both very similar with each having there own plusses.  Pastafari's at Hedo 2 was average at best but at Hedo 3 there Pastafari's was alot better  (food and service).

Scotch Bonet didn't do either one, but also at Hedo 3 was a Japanese restaurant which was nice for a change.  It was ok but I'm not big on Japanese food but most liked it very much.

Jerk chiken and fish at Roberts is still the best!!!!

Facilities:  Take in to consideration that Hedo 3 is new but they are already painting and keeping everything looking very nice except for water wheel which they did get runnning for 12 hrs then broke again but I think they just don't know how to fix it right.  Hedo 3 is very nicely laid out on flat land but rooms are where it really shines, ladies you will love the jacuzzi tubs and guys if you work it right even you will learn to like how it affects the ladies and like it also.  The TV's are a nice treat when getting ready to go out or for evening or a quiet nite in.  Now to Hedo 2 this place is getting very tired looking and will have to have something done to spruce it up more than just its atmosphere, our matress was very very old and grimey looking and was as old as the buildings,  maids do there best to keep things clean but you can't scrub old into new.

Staff:  Staff at Hedo 2 was having a hard time getting guest involved but that had to do with so many repeaters during Thanksgiving week they done it many times before and don't care anymore.  At Hedo 3 staff seemed more energetic but they had guest that participated.  Overall the staff at 3 was better than 2.

Activities:  These will go only as guest allow,  while at Hedo 2 they could only get one lady for wet t-shirt contest but then at Hedo 3 PJ party the week after Thanksgiving was pretty slow too.

PDA'S  Well you will find this at both if you are in the right place at right time but Hedo 2 might have the edge.  Hedo 3 hot-tub almost to small for good car washes but at times was everybit as active as Hedo 2's.

Overall you will have a good time at both if you are with fun people,  just remember to kick back ,have fun and remember it is Jamaica.
